Highlights of this getaway include a stylish master suite with a private balcony, gourmet kitchen, and a shaded lanai with an outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining overlooking the Waikoloa Beach Course.

Enjoy a host of on-site amenities including two resort-style pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center. Stroll across the street for a selection of dining and shopping options. Head mere minutes to A-Bay for blissful days spent snorkeling or playing in the sand and surf. Other nearby island activities include golf, boat tours, hula classes, and dolphin excursions.

LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode on a large sectional in the living area. In the evening, settle in to enjoy a movie night on the 50” TV with DVD.

A bonus loft space features a full-size sleeper sofa and a desk.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will love the sleek kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of high-end appliances.

While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table, which seats six comfortably.

BED & BATH

This two-story condo sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.

Find ultimate comfort in the private master suite, featuring a stately king bed, armchair, and a 48” TV with cable. Start the day with coffee in the two loungers on your private lanai. The en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, garden soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in a plush queen bed in the second bedroom.

The third bedroom comes with two twin beds, a 40” TV with cable and DVD, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The guest bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Enjoy island breezes and sunset views from the love seat and two armchairs on the shaded lanai.

Sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill at the outdoor kitchen, then dine alfresco at the outdoor table for six.

Walk across the street to splash in the two resort-style pools (unheated). Enjoy a relaxing soak in the shared hot tub.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer are provided. Designated garage parking for one car as well as one unassigned space in the general parking area is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

THE LOCATION

Stroll 1 minute to Queen’s Marketplace Shopping Village for a cup of coffee, bike rentals, groceries, to browse boutiques, or to rent bikes.

Head 1 mile to the beach at “A-Bay” for blissful days playing in the sand and surf. Go snorkeling, surfing, kayaking, or take glass-bottom boat rides. In the winter months, look for humpback whales.

Enjoy other nearby activities like hula classes, glass-bottomed boating, scuba diving and dolphin excursions -- all just a few minutes away.

Tee off at the Kings’ Course and Beach Course -- both within 2 miles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We traveled with our 3-year old and my parents. The house has everything you can possibly need including accessories for the beach and pool. We used the bikes to bike around a little bit. The market is right across the street and the pool is really close too. I feel so lucky that we found this place. Also, it looks like the appliances have been updated (some previous reviews said they were outdated and that is no longer the case). Everything worked great and we hope to come back again in the future.

Home was beautiful. Great location and loved that we had our private back yard and we were able to enjoy it as a family. A couple things that could improve is the mattresses and pillows. Everyone of us said how bad the mattresses were and the pillows were super flat. The dishwasher needed to be cleaned and many of the dishes/silverware needed to be recleaned prior to us using them. Need some fresh lighters for the BBQ since you have to use them to start the BBQ. Would have been nice to get a text when the house was clean and ready for us to checkin so we could get in a little early to settle in.

The place was perfect for my in-laws my husband and I and our two older girls. The lanai was the best part as it had a table and an outside living area to relax at where we also got shade all day long. We liked how we were at the end of the property and had a little more privacy. There was also enough space for the six of us if we needed some alone time. The kitchen was well equipped with the essentials and the extra plates were nice. We could have used a few Tupperware containers for snacks at the beach and for leftovers. With use there are things that are starting to get worn down and could use replacing like the cushions on the couch and the ones outside on the table. We had a great number of beach/pool towels, 4 beach chairs an umbrella and many other beach items in the garage. All in all a great place for our Hawaii vacation.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities of home and a great location! Across the street from food and shops. Close to the beach. Only issue was we weren’t given a garage code to get in the garage and when we were finally able to get it, we had to move lots of stuff around to fit the minivan inside. Lots of beach equipment though. We would stay there again!

This is a great spot for a family vacation. The beach is a little under a mile to walk, but you can go through Queen's Marketplace and grab your Starbuck's on the way. The condo is large, with plenty of space for everyone to hang out. We had one issue getting into the garage (missing the remote) but the local number got back to us quickly and resolved the issue. The condo comes with plenty of beach toys, including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers, plus a couple of sets of golf clubs. The pool, hot tub, and workout room were all well maintained. Great place, would recommend!

We loved everything about our stay. We always stay in the Villas. This is the first time in the P building townhouse. We loved the location and being at the end of the complex. It’s like we were in our own private home. Everything was perfect!

Great experience. Beautiful condo unit in great location. Perfect for any type of group but especially families with young ones. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with on island rep for Vacasa was excellent. Resolved a couple of small issues for us very quickly.
