After planning for 2 years, I expected to find our dream vacation condo. Instead I found:
Dirty floors and countertops
Sheets and towels that smelled like mold,
Some Pillows appeared to have mold, growing on them
Basic items like TP in short supply, or there were none at all. We had to buy our own.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work. The router finally quit altogether We bought a new router, but couldn't install it because the wiring is so out of date. We had to use our hotspots for 12 days. Some of us ran out of cell data.
There is no cold water coming from one of the sink faucets in the master bathroom. This poses a burn risk.
The hot and cold water supply lines in the sink in the twin room are plumbed backwards. Hot water comes out of the cold side and vice versa. This is another safety hazard
The cover of the shower drain in the the third bathroom is not attached. My granddaughter picked it up and wanted to put her foot down the drain to explore. A SERIOUS hazard like a broken ankle.
The DVD player was broken.. Bought a new DVD player. Did not leave it.
Mold, growing on the refrigerator gaskets
All the rugs, sofa, and throw pillows, look dirty and shabby. Need to be cleaned or better yet, replaced.
Window AC units old, noisy and look moldy.
Ceiling fans with broken pulls - the speed can't be changed.
Burned ou light bulbs
Condo has great potential, but is in serious need of maintenance.
We received a partial refund, but still wish we’d had our dream condo

Property manager was 5 stars. Unit was larger than expected. Vintage Hawaiian vibe. Location was nice. Quiet but also close to enough to the “main areas”. Enjoyed the pool, grilling out, and sunsets every night. Mahalo!

The location was absolutely beautiful. You can see the ocean straight off of the lanai. Seven of us had beds and slept comfortably two were on the air mattress. That was nice and brand new.

The condo was very comfortable and fit our family of 8 perfectly. The pool was right off the lanai and never crowded, and the beach was steps away.

We enjoyed the location of this place! The place was steps away from the beach and had quick access to the pool. The place was immaculate and fully equipped as advertised. The property manager was very friendly and was responsive to any questions or concerns. Highly recommended!

The place is all it is advertised to be. The location is prime with a sunset, ocean view, easy beach access and just a few steps to the pool. While it’s a little dark inside, it is decorated and furnished in a classic old Hawaii style that we absolutely loved.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need and more (except a can opener, and I couldn’t find a veggie peeler either).
Bathrooms serve their purpose, but all could use some serious updating. There are more than enough towels as well as beach towels.
There are plenty of beach toys, floaties, snorkeling masks, fins, etc. as well as chairs for hanging out on the beach.
We had a blast and will definitely stay here again.

It was in a quiet location with beautiful views of the ocean. Spacious unit that fit our family of 9. A little dated but clean. Beach accessible, outdoor showers to rinse off sand, and pool. Also had grill available for barbecuing. Great experience here!

Excellent vacation the home is furnished with all you need in every bedroom and bathroom!! The property has all the beach toys for kids and adults. They have lots of DVDs & games.
The kitchen has all spices to cook with and appliances you need. Property manager was awesome !

We spent a week here with our immediate family (my wife, our two year old son and an eight week old daughter), and both sets of our parents.
The location couldn't be better...you are literally 20 feet from a pool and 100 feet from the ocean!

Very nice property and area. Neigboring owners were very friendly and helpful.
Hole in ceiling of one bedroom; looked like they were in the midst of repairing a leak. Needs a little TLC. No working ice maker and pieces of fridge broken. Some lights flicker/go out. Rear bedroom A/C does not consistently stay cool. Aside from yhese little things, it was a great stay. Old Hawaii feel. Quiet and nice icean front.

This condo was very spacious and fit our 8 people (4 adults and 4 teenagers) very well. It is the most well stocked unit I have ever stayed in. There are plenty of beach toys, chairs, towels, snorkel gear, and the like. The check in process was easy and the host was very communicative. There are beaches right off the complex and we saw quite a few sea turtles swimming there. I would stay in this unit again if I go back to Maui!

While they lack a sandy beach, there is a large pool, and we drove to different beaches every day to explore.
