Lovely stay! Definitely plan on coming back. The views of the island and ocean are amazing from the porch deck. They also had a lot of great amenities whether it was cookware, ice cooler, beach towels, umbrella or beach chairs. There were a few cabinets, closet doors that could use some TLC but it didn’t interfere with the trip, and they were very responsive about the items
The place is in a great location, near the beach and a short drive to Hanalei.

Great location for all things in the north. Well-maintained with incredible views. Has everything you need (except snorkel gear). No a/c, but that’s very common for the area and not much of an issue.

We stayed in this unit during our children's Spring Break holiday, and it was fantastic! The unit was clean, well-appointed and had everything we needed for a fun vacation on Kauai, including beach chairs and beach towels. The view is amazing, and we spent almost every evening watching the sunset. We are planning to stay here again next year!

We stayed in this unit during our children's Spring Break holiday, and it was fantastic! The unit was clean, well-appointed and had everything we needed for a fun vacation on Kauai, including beach chairs and beach towels. The view is amazing, and we spent almost every evening watching the sunset. We are planning to stay here again next year!

The property is beautifully maintained and the location is superb. The condo itself has accurate pictures, the beds were very comfortable, and it was cool and relaxing in March with multiple fans, vented windows, high ceilings and good ventilation.

Beautiful view and condo. Unfortunately the unit directly below is undergoing renovations so we experienced *loud* renovation noise during working hours. Given we have a toddler in the family who requires daytime naps, this listing would have *never* been considered. When notified, Vacasa was unable to address the noise complaint over multiple days. They were also unresponsive to compensation requests due to the significant noise disruption, only to defer questions to the local team, who has yet to contact us. I would highly suggest verifying the renovations are complete before you stay at this property.

This place far exceeded our expectations! It was clean, recently renovated and the view was spectacular! We were hesitant to book with a property management company over an individual owner (especially after having read Vacasa reviews), but we have zero complaints - the communication was effective, self check-in was easy and the place was as it was described.
The property itself was well-maintained and clean, and this unit was close to a parking spot and easy walking to the pool area. A car is likely necessary since there's not many things in walking distance (you could rent bikes), but the hideaways beach path is within walking distance. Note: the beach access on the property is not hideaways, but rather a smaller beach that has a lot of lava rocks - we enjoyed watching the crab and other small fish in the tide pools, but didn't swim here.
Disclaimer: our stay was in December 2022 and the downstairs unit below this one was being renovated - we did hear construction noise, but only during normal hours.

The view alone may be the best in Princeville! Just a short drive to Hanalei- best small town on the island, in my opinion.
The unit itself was great for our family of 4- love that the unit included boogie boards and a set of fins!
We will stay in this same unit next time we visit!

We've been staying in PKK 224 for the past 13 years (less a Covid year); you will not be disappointed! The view is the best and the recent remodel is very tasteful and comfortable plus fantastic storage and hangers in the closets. The only downside is that the 2 high top tables and 4 chairs on the lanai, perfect for "sunrise breakfasts" and "sunset pupus" for 4, were replaced by 1 table with 3 chairs. Unfortunately, the price for 2023 is more than 50% higher than previous rates, and the booking fee has doubled.
