Newly renovated and beautifully customized from top to bottom, this elegant, two-bedroom condo is full of modern luxury and the spirit of Old Hawaii - all in the very heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort.

This stunning resort sits less than a mile from 'Anaeho'omalu Beach (A-Beach), with lush, landscaped grounds that include koi ponds, waterfalls, a tiled pool and hot tub, two refinished tennis courts, a fitness center, and several gas grills. When you head out to the beach, there are two umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels to bring with you.

This second-floor condo was taken down to the studs for a complete remodel in 2021. Today, its 2,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space include new tile and fixtures, elevator access, new mahogany trim, custom coconut-husk paneling in the living room and kitchen, custom wave paneling in the bedrooms, and new furnishings by Tommy Bahama Home throughout. The kitchen boasts all-new appliances, a deep copper sink, and both carafe and Keurig coffee makers. There's a breakfast bar for four, a circular dining table for six, and an expansive lanai where you can enjoy breakfast and the soft sounds of the running stream below.

Additional amenities include a primary bedroom suite with a spa-like private bathroom, a guest room with direct access to the lanai, flatscreen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, a new stacked washer/dryer, and central air conditioning throughout.

Location was perfect for our 3-night stay to explore the western side of the island. Highlights were the Greenwell Coffee Plantation tour, the Place of Refuge, and a guided tour to the summit of Mauna Kea for sunset and stargazing. Restaurants and groceries were nearby.

Stayed with our 17 year old daughter and one of her friends. The condo was perfect. Big. Lots of space for ourselves and the girls to relax. Grear patio. Incredibly well stocked - like a family really uses the place. The kitchen had large numbers of plates, bowls, utensils etc...lots of coffee and seasoning, oils etc...also close to many dinner spots and a nice beach. Beds are super comfy. Only downside is we did many activities which did require a commute south of kona so a bit of driving but otherwise couldn't ask for a better unit!

This condo was newly renovated and the owners thought of everything when it came to the extra details. They provided all the things you need for a great beach trip including, chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, coolers, beach towels, etc. Beds were super comfy. Place was very clean. Great view of the pool. Would definitely stay here on our next trip.

The owners have done a wonderful job updating this condo. Everything is brand new. Very relaxing stay. Location is in the middle of everything: shopping, market, Starbucks are all quick drive to get to. Try Island Lava Java short distance away. Great location and Mai Tais. Hugo lanai overlooking the pool, koi ponds, and waterfalls. Amenities were amazing from cooking items to sun chairs and umbrellas. Thank you Suzi and we look forward to staying there again.

The place is very beautifully decorated; it’s updated and the pictures don’t do it justice. It has all the necessities of a short or long term stay. We absolutely love the corner wrap around balcony; it’s very large and we enjoyed dinner there every night. It’s located near beaches, shops, restaurants and stores for basic groceries. Was the perfect stay and our host was responsive; the check in and checkout process was seamless. Will definitely stay here again!
