This was the perfect place to stay for Poipu. Beaches were so close, the parking spot and our rooms were convenient and easy to locate. The community and location so close to the beaches were perfect! Parking stalls are a little tight, but that’s how it is everywhere in Kauai. All the extra amenities were wonderful to have. The beach stroller/wagon and boogie boards were wonderful and in excellent condition. Everything inside is nicely labeled. The tv’s, kitchen, laundry, iron and good-sized bathrooms were so handy to have. The A/C units worked great for each of the rooms. Just note that the lights on the ceiling fans are turned on by remote control. That took us awhile to figure out after trying all the different combinations of switches. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Kauai!!

We were given extremely detailed instructions regarding check-in, parking, etc. That was so appreciated since our arrival was late at night. It was super easy getting into the condo. This condo had plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards & a wagon to haul it all in. The condo was very clean & spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. We cooked most of our meals and enjoyed using the lanai. I loved that there were LOTS of hangars in the closet! The washer/dryer was a plus, and thank you for supplying the detergent and dryer sheets. The pools were very clean & near the condo. We did not use the tennis courts, The condo complex was beautiful and very well kept. We went to several beaches, but our favorite beach was Brennecke beach, just a 7 minute walk from condo. We enjoyed watching the boogie boarders and swam with turtles! At Poipu beach (just another 2 minute walk from Brennecke), we saw a sea turtle and a monk seal resting on the beach. We've been to Kauai 3 times, and this was the best time, best location and the best VRBO. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Patty’s place was fabulous. The kids loved the variety of pool options, close to some shops and perfect beach access. We have stayed in Kauai a few times and this was by far our favourite property and spot in sunny Poipu. We will for sure be back! Mahalo Patty.

We absolutely loved our stay. The rental was clean and organized making it easy to find what we needed. And it had all the extras like shampoo, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, beach gear and more which made our stay enjoyable as we didn’t have to go to the store to buy those things. The location was great. Prompt communication with the property owner. And the listing was very accurate to the actual property - no surprises. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to others.

Location was perfect for us to walk to the beach and see the sea turtles come in at night and go out in the morning.The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and then some.By far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at.The owner was amazing to communicate with and accommodating when we had a flight change getting us in early 🤗 Absolutely recommend and will come back.

Excellent location. Unit is comfortable and offers easy access at check in/out, has great beach, kitchen and laundry amenities. Ice chest came in so handy. Beautiful, short walk to beach access. If any downside, there was a smell, most noticeable when first entering. A musty smell and possibly unavoidable? Overall, a great place.

We loved this condo for our family of 5 with 3 boys. The walk to the beach is beautiful and easy. The area is quiet and feels secluded. Easy parking. The pool/hot tub was a nice addition each day. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and the portable AC units work perfectly. 2 full bathrooms was very nice to have too. No complaints!

This is the second time that my family and I have stayed in one of Patty's condos. Her properties do not disappoint and that is why we returned!
This condo is a short walk to the beach and just about every beach supply that you can think of is included and available for use. We took full advantage of using the collapsible wagon to pack up and transport coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs, and towels!
The home is styled in beach decor that does not take it too far, but made you feel like you were in a tropical paradise. Everything was clean and well maintained and we enjoyed having three different pool areas to visit when we needed some time away from the beach - believe it or not, a warm hot tub at the end of the day was a nice way to relax.
We had plenty of room for three adults and two teenagers. Having a full sized washer and dryer allowed us to not have to overpack and also gave the luxury of having clean beach towels whenever we needed them.
We will be back!

Short walk to Poipu Beach, which is a fantastic spot to snorkel and see sea turtles. We even saw a monk seal there! Loved having access to the beach wagon, coolers, chairs, snorkel gear and water shoes!!
My group of all adults was good about communicating when we were using the bathroom with two sinks, as the door doesn't have a lock and the shower is glass with no curtain in there, so not much sense of privacy. Young families may not mind that. The other bathroom, with the tub, has a shower curtain and the door locks so no concerns in that one.
We really appreciated the comfy furniture and beds, beautiful mango-wood table, huge fridge in the kitchen with all the kitchenware we needed since we cooked in a lot, chess set and other games, two lovely lanais, air conditioning in the bedrooms, very clean condo, easy to use laundry machines and detergent provided.
Great prompt communication with the host, Patty, before and during our trip, and she gave great recommendations for fun things to see and do nearby!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo and appreciated that it is well stocked with necessities and cookware. The location is ideal for walking to Poipu Beach as well as the Grand Hyatt. We used the snorkel gear and boogie boards. Patty was great in communications before and during our stay. We would definitely return here and hope to be able to do so in the future. Right when we stepped into this condo I was in love! The attention to details is on point. Patty has things labeled so you know where to find what your looking for. There was laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Dishwasher detergent (most places i've stayed don't offer this) VERY clean and VERY cozy. Lots of beach items including coolers. I appreciated the nice kitchen wear (knifes and pans) because we don't tend to eat out and I love to cook. If your looking for a cozy place for your family look no further. Patty was AMAZING to communicate with. Hands down best experience I have had with VRBO. Thanks again Patty for everything. Truly AMAZING!

Close to shipwreck beach, poipu beach , Kalapacki joes restaurant . Saw plenty of sea turtles at Poipu Beach especially at beautiful sunset. Beautiful decor rally gets you into beach island vibe. This place is PERFECT! Clean and plenty of space for the whole family! Well stocked kitchen and laundry are a definite plus. There is an AC in both bedrooms. Loud, but they do the job. If you are looking for central air, those are hard pressed to find on the island. This unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Short walk to Poipu Beach which is perfect for snorkeling and turtle watching. Short drive to the local restaurants and shops. We used the closest pool to the condo. It wasn't huge or fancy, but it served its purpose. We didn't go to Kauai to swim in a pool. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Most definitely added to my favorites list for a return visit. Thank you for having us!

Communication with the host was the best I've had with a vacation rental on Kauai. She proactively reached out to us before and during our trip and when we had a question for her, she immediately responded. Brought us so much peace of mind! The condo was spotless and the pictures just don't do it justice. All of the rooms are spacious and the kitchen was super well equipped. The beach gear was such an added bonus and ensured our beach days with our kiddos were fun filled. We can't wait to come back again next year.

This was a great property. The proximity of the beach was great. Pam was awesome and very helpful. This was our first trip to the island and we enjoyed all of it. Pam made everything easy as far as check in and check out. She was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a week with our young family and had a wonderful time. The condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It felt luxurious and the beach storage bin was such a nice bonus. The location is great with 30 steps to the pool and a 10 min walk to a family friendly beach with sea turtles resting, great snorkeling and a play structure. We didn't get to enjoy the boogie boarding at the beach closer to the condo this time but it looked fun. The grounds are beautiful and felt quiet & relaxing. Our host Patty gave us great tips and was really responsive and accommodating around our travel plans. This was so helpful, especially with younger kids. Loved our stay and will be back.
