Overall it was an okay place to stay. The beach access was nice. The bed was very uncomfortable, we also did not like having the dryer vent into the shower in the bathroom. The sex toy in the dresser was a nice touch.

Clean condo great location to visit all areas of Maui. Very convenient to airport. Please visit and support Maui businesses. Don’t forget the up country businesses, Maui Winery, Surfing Goat Dairy, Lavender Farm etc.

Four ladies stayed at the Sugar Beach Resort ph06. Everything was exactly as we had hoped especially the location. We enjoyed the views from the lanai, walking the beach early in the AM, hanging at the pool, grabbing appetizers & beverages from Dina's, and the overall quietness and relaxing atmosphere. We 100% recommend this place and will definitely plan to come back!

Centrally located on the island with great views of pool and beach; the listing pics are accurate. Beach is safe for everyone to swim, unit has everything you need to vacation on the island. The owner and rental agent responded quickly and were lovely to deal with. Fantastic vacation!

Words cannot express how wonderful this property is. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. I would be happy doing nothing but sitting there all day and looking out at the ocean and waiting for the incredible Sunset every night. The property was very clean and well stocked with boogie boards and beach chairs. Essentially everything someone would need to have the best vacation of their life. We cannot wait to come back and we would not stay anywhere else.

We really enjoyed being away from the bustle of central Kihei. The fantastic views of the ocean from our suite were the clincher for us! And the property grounds were so well cared for, with staff outside cleaning the pool area and gardens every day. It made it such a beautiful space to spend time. We also loved being able to step out onto beautiful Sugar Beach any time we wanted without the effort of packing up a lot of stuff and driving somewhere where there would be tons of people to deal with. It was a perfect vacation setting! Our host Steven was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The suite was well supplied with all we needed and more!

This property has everything you want. It's simple yet clean and comfortable, amazing views to take in the beach and Pacific as you're sipping your morning coffee and great location that is close enough to enjoy all of Kihei yet far enough to be more relaxed.

Any time in Hawai’i is the greatest but Sugar Beach Resort takes it to a whole new level. With the shore steps away, the waves can put you to sleeep, you can hear the whales flapping their flukes. The property is immaculately maintained, the pool and hot tub are wonderful. We are going back.

Sugar Beach Resort is a nice place to be on Maui, and PH-6 is a great, convenient condo on the property. It’s in great condition, clean, cool, and full of amenities. The view is fantastic. I would recommend staying in PH-6 again.

The pictures are accurate for this condo. I have to agree with others that this condo is a bit dated. With that being said, I don’t need granite countertops while on vacation. All appliances worked great, the rooms comfortable. I traveled by myself and stayed for 2 weeks. The owner got back to me quickly when I’d text him. I would definitely stay here again.

Sugar Beach condos is fantastic! Love that it is out of the hustle and bustle of town- PH6 has a great balcony which looks out to the beach (team canoers can be seen practicing most mornings and evenings), pool, putting green and koi pond. The condo has 3 beach towels, boogie boards and a small beach chair. It also has a couple golf clubs and balls to play around on the putting green. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom towels are thick and fluffy and the king mattress is comfy. Also love that the condo has a w/d in unit. The only negative is that it needs a little updating. A bright comforter would help a lot in the bedroom. Thank you, Steven, for a great place for our Maui stay.

We truly enjoyed staying here. The location was very central. We were able to get to every location that we wanted to visit again or for the first time. We spent a lot of time in Kihei shopping and eating around that area but also made sure to visit Lahaina. The condo was relaxing and the grounds well maintained. The pool was inviting but we didn't stop there as we preferred to spend our time in the ocean playing in the waves. Whenever we did venture down we never had to wait for a beach chair to become available as there always seemed to be two waiting for us. The condo was comfortable and we were able to open the patio doors and let the wind blow in during the afternoons. Everything we needed was located in the condo. We simply grabbed snacks and drinks to keep on hand. One evening we sat and ate chips and guacamole made out of the biggest avocado we could find while watching the sun set from the lanai. The sand on the beach was soft and there weren't a lot of rocks hidden beneath the water. I enjoyed walking down the beach to the shaved ice stand in the evenings just before sunset. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and relax.

It is always clean and equipped with everything we need. You can see the pool and the beach and hear the waves from the balcony. We are looking forward to our next visit soon.
