The condo is conveniently located in a bustling Kona neighborhood. Very close to local market and just enough distance from superstores. The condo was clean, well stocked with essentials and very quiet. Very airy and refreshing space. If we come back we would love to stay here again. Michael was reachable and flexible with slight changes in our plan.

By far one of the vacation spots and host experiences ever. Monica made our stay amazing! My Now husband suffers from back issues and they put in a mattress topper to give us more comfort. She also left us a bottle of Champagne to celebrate our wedding. The unit is perfect, cozy well decorated and clean. Thank you for an amazing stay we will be back for sure!!

The property was a nice little place for my husband and I to enjoy the first part of our Hawaiian vacation. The area itself has plenty of things to do and the picinic area that right by that water was absolutely perfect to watch the sunsets.

This condo was exactly as represented in the listing. I can see why it has earned a five star rating.
Great location to explore the island north and south. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery, dishes, cups, etc. and some condiments in the fridge. Lots of ceiling fans to keep cool. Awesome to have beach gear; we used the chairs and umbrella almost every day. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the waters edge each evening before heading to town for dinner. Mahalo!

We felt blessed to be staying in this unit. It was well stocked with everything we needed. the kitchen even had a little air fryer which we used a few times instead of the oven. The pool and beach area were perfect. not too crowded, everyone was super friendly. We would all go out in the evening and watch the sunset. the house is right on Ali'i drive - easy access to everything. The bed was comfortable, they had pillow options so we had great sleeps every evening. If we needed anything, they responded right away and were super helpful.

My husband and I were visiting the big island of Hawaii for the first time to celebrate a milestone birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. We wanted to find a place that was clean, peaceful, and had what we needed to make it a base for day trips. When we saw this property, it ticked all the boxes for us, the reviews were great, and there was even a washer and dryer – a big plus for us as we did a fair bit of hiking and snorkeling. The property descriptions, amenities, and photos were totally accurate. We felt at home right away! There's a full kitchen that's well-equipped, right down to spices and seasonings. You'll need to bring your own drip coffee or Keurig pods, but otherwise you'll be set for brewing. The bed was comfortable, the closets generous, and there were extra towels, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, and beach chairs for guests to use. The grounds of this oceanfront complex are immaculately kept and nicely landscaped, with a small swimming pool to use as well as a large common area by the water with beach chairs, lounges, and tables, as well as some seriously nice grills, which we took advantage of one night. Spectacular sunsets. too! We'd definitely stay here again! Aloha!

This condo is as advertise as the property is impressively manicured with lush greenery and cute birds playing outside. There is an accessible pool and beach front view on the property where we watched the beautiful sunset every single night. It was so breathtaking!!! We were very comfortable during our stay as the unit was incredibly clean and furnished. This unit has everything you'll need from kitchen and bathroom supplies. Available in the unit were Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc...which was a huge plus. Everyone at the property are so friendly! We highly recommend this place and plan to stay here again on our next Big island vacation!

We very much enjoyed our a week at Kone Isle. The apartment is very cozy, comfortable, clean, well decorated (simple, colorful and bright) and very well equipped. We appreciated having the towels and snorkeling gears available. Cooking was made easy with all the basics available (spices, oil, vinegar, butter, etc..). And most of all, it was very nice to go look at the sunset in the evening in the garden near the ocean. All neighbors were also very nice. We did not use the air conditioning as there was a nice breeze in the evening. However we noticed it is very noisy. It would have been difficult to sleep in the living room with the AC on (maybe something to look into from the owners). The apartment is well situated on the island. It's difficult to have the ideal location as Big Island is in fact big enough that you don't have a choice to drive quite a bit if you want to discover it all. We would definitely recommend this rental.

This condo was very nice and really quiet. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The property grounds are well maintained and the resident manager was very friendly. The only negative is the parking lot. There are two landscaped border walls immediately upon entering that makes it hard to get around and the condos designated space (#36) is smaller than all the other spots due to another landscape wall. We had a small car but if you had a midsize or larger I don’t think you would be able to park there. Overall our stay was great and would definitely recommend this property.

Did not want to leave after our lovely stay in the condo. The place was spotless and well equipped. The condo grounds were beautiful, with waterfront lounging and a clean pool that were barely utilized by tenants. No screaming kids around! Just serene peace and quiet. Easy parking. Close to many great eateries and coffee shops. Beach chairs, towels and snorkels were a bonus. Hope to come back one day!

Kona Isle Condos are in a great location. This condo is on the ground floor, is very clean and has a lot of extras you don't see in other condos. The bed is very comfortable. It's so nice to have a washer/dryer. The lookout over the ocean is beautiful and the grill area is amazing. The pool is solar heated. Mike and Monica were great with some dinner and trip suggestions. We had a situation where the door opener battery didn't work the second day. The property manager was quick to help us and Mike and Monica were there very soon to replace the battery. It was lovely to meet them. Every morning we sat on the patio just outside the door with our coffee and tea and looked at the ocean. We would definitely come back to this lovely place.

I am so pleased I booked this particular unit with such fabulous hosts! Monica and Mike responded quickly to my inquiries previous to my arrival and during my stay (e.g., I was working on my vacation and ensured my wifi connection was problem free). The suite was decorated with an open concept calm Island vibe, and was kitted out with all necessary items (utensils, spices, cleaning items). I loved the choice of natural bathroom and cleaning products, and natural fibre or cotton sheets, bed coverlet, living room furniture, throw rugs, etc.
This complex has a relaxed and adult energy (and a thought: it would not be the choice for partiers or tiny children in tow).
I loved my stay and have plans to book many more weeks in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! Clean and well stocked with whatever you may need! Extra touches like laundry soap and spices, they have it for you! We felt instantly at home when we walked in. Plenty of room in this 1 bedroom condo. The decor is clean and crisp and the kitchen is fully stocked! From air fryer to blender-it is here! Communication with the owners was excellent! Always there to help! (We needed a little help with the tv 😂) Overall the complex grounds are nice! Pretty quiet during our stay too. Good sized pool, bbq grills, and ocean views- what more could you want?? Book this condo with confidence! We will come back! Thank you!

I can't express how amazing our stay was in this charming condo! It is unbeatable from price/location to sunrises/entertainment!! The owners were amazing and allowed us to check in early due to my terrible sickness from the flight in, and when we had a small fan issue one evening, they had it fixed by the next morning while we went out exploring. The condo was clean, well stocked, and accommodated my family and I perfectly. Rated 5 stars and beyond, and will definitely reach out on our next visit. Mahalo! 🤙🏽

We had a great experience at this condo. The pool and Oceanside bbq area were perfect for catching sunsets and just ocean watching in general. There was some maintenance on the property which affected water access for a day or 2. The owners communicated about it and were great to deal with!

Absolutely loved staying here, the property was really clean and nice, and the beach is basically your backyard and we were out there every night. There were some issues with the complex itself and they had to shut off the water for a day which was a bit inconvenient but not at all the property owners fault. Our flight arrived earlier in the day and they were very sweet and accommodating and allowed us to check in a bit early. Pretty much comes with everything you need to make some quick lunches/dinners at the house which was amazing. Only obstacle we really faced was the A/C. I’m not sure if we weren’t using it correctly or what, but we could only get the A/C to run for 4 hours at a time, and it took quite a while to cool down the place. Being out of the house most of the day, this wasn’t too big of an issue, but being able to come back “home” to a cooler unit wasn’t exactly possible since the A/C had that time restraint. Totally could have been us not using it properly though, or maybe it’s just how the A/C units work on the big island (please forgive my ignorance), but this was an amazing stay and 10/10 would come back again.

Monica’s and Michael’s place is very nicely decorated and gives you a refreshing holiday mood. Everything in the unit was super clean and neat. Every possibly thinkable appliance is available and modern. They have a cooler bag and beach chairs and umbrella which is super handy.
The lanai/veranda is awesome. You can sit there in the evening having a drink, watch the moon, sky and the palms in the background …and listen to the ocean. We also used the BBQ pits regularly to make our own fish tacos.
Overall, we highly recommend this property and hope to come back again! Thank you!!

The place was perfectly located and adorable. Close to the beach for east access for relaxation, reading and watching the sunset. Location great for beaches and town. Loved the convenience of the airport and Costco.
Kitchen and supplies were perfect and appreciated having the small items available that made it a home away from home. Laundry, vacuum, soap and most importantly beach chairs and umbrella which is an absolute must for beach time.
Only struggle was not knowing Initially that that keypad for entry was on the main door after opening the screen door and not the manual lock box located to the left of the door. Clarification on that may help others in future.
Had an amazing time and would recommend this place to anyone. Again loved the decor, feel and energy of the place!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It has a beautiful oceanfront where we ate dinner almost every night. It was not busy during our stay there, so there was no noise from neighbors. The bedroom is next to the walkway to get to other units, which might be noisy if there are more people accessing units especially at night. Great location to access popular beeches around Kona and the town itself.

The unit was pretty much exactly what we thought it would be based on the pictures and info, which is to say in very good condition and a light and modern ambiance. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare most of our meals, and we enjoyed making great use of the shared grills by the water in the evenings. The noise level at the property was low and we were able to manage airflow through the unit to keep the temperature reasonable without using the AC.

Our group had a great time!. Great space for the 3 of us. Lots of amenities. Perfect locations so easy to get to Kona, the beaches, grocery store. Neighbors were super friendly and helpful. Michael and Monica were such great hosts. Easy to communicate with them and when we had an issue they were so kind and took pity on us poor college kids!

The apartment is located steps from the beach and about 20 minutes walk to Huggo’s (main strip). The condo compound is well-maintained with pool, bbq and picnic tables with ocean views. The apartment is so clean and well-stocked from tea to coffee to laundry detergent to welcoming basket with mangoes from their farm. I washed my hands with the soap dispenser in the kitchen and recognized it was Mrs. Meyer's Geranium scent. That’s how thoughtfully detailed the host is about their place. I love it so much and can’t wait to return.
