The rental was nice but needed some updating and a few maintenance issues. The location was perfect and the area was quiet. I would rent in the same facility, however, I would probably rent another unit. We stayed at this property 13 years ago, and this unit was exactly the same as it was 13 years ago.

Overall we were satisfied with the accommodation although the unit could use a refresh. As a start update the blinds, replace the microwave, get a tea kettle, get some cookie sheets and new glassware (at least 8 of each). On entry at first glance we were disappointed as we are used to staying at some very nice places but it was clean and over the week it became comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice large shaded deck. The unit was very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. The only suggestions I would have would be a light blocking shade in the master bedroom and some beach chairs.

Condo was clean and comfortable! But the kitchen had no forks and very little cookware, dishes glasses and lots and pans. It made cooking a little challenging,
When we asked for forks they were promptly brought.
As a property owner myself, I would definitely re-stock the entire kitchen.
Other than that it was a lovely stay.

When we asked for forks they were promptly brought.
As a property owner myself, I would definitely re-stock the entire kitchen.

Accurate description. Loved the large condo and the huge wrap-around deck. Ample directions provided. Directions for Wi-Fi in email were not correct, but the direction left on the table were. I emailed and the owner/manager was very responsive and helpful. Black Sands Beach was a short drive, and the best snorkeling! We walked to the rocky shore near the condo (small sand area in one of the small coves) and saw 7 turtles. Loved it! I would definitely recommend.
