Loved staying here! The view and access to the ocean (and the ocean breezes) kept the unit cool even without AC. Loved the proximity to stores, all while still feeling apart from the main highway due to its location. The in-unit washer/dryer were well utilized and much appreciated, and the keyless entry was wonderfully convenient. We took full advantage of the snorkel gear, towels, and boogie boards! Thank you for having us, it made for a great stay!

Great views of the ocean from the balcony and literally just steps away from the beach. I have stayed in Kapaa twice at other locations which are also beachfront properties, but this one really is very close, and makes up for some of the minor deficiencies (e.g. no assigned parking, muddy carpets).
Great location, right opposite to number of shops like Safeway and easy access to various parts of the island.

We had a great stay. So close to ocean you can hear the waves. Property is a nice size and comfortable. Lots of fans and windows for the trade winds. Small beach access to right of property. You can walk to restaurants and grocery store across street. 2 bbq’s on property. The salt air has made a few things rusty but that’s inevitable. There aren’t any beach chairs or those kind of amenities.
I would stay here again and the property manager is very responsive. Mahalo
