This updated 2nd floor oceanfront condo features a king size bed with ceiling fan in the bedroom for a gentle breeze while you sleep in air conditioned comfort.
The living room has a flatscreen TV(cable included), with a comfortable couch and recliners (perfect for watching the sun set). Free Wireless internet is also available during your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, blender, coffeemaker, and toaster along with full size fridge and range. The dining table and chairs are a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your meal.
The lanai offers a spot for outdoor dining or relaxing on the lounge chair with unobstructed views of the ocean, outriggers, and Maui sunsets.
A full-sized washer/dryer is also included in this condo to handle all your laundry needs.

We’ve been staying at Sugar Beach since 2011, first time using VRBO. Theresa was a very kind & helpful with a few issues. Thank you for the late checkout having a 9pm flight.
The condo was beautifully decorated!
One suggestion would to have a small safe.

Theresa was VERY helpful answering questions before our trip since the terrible fires had happened recently on Maui. We are SO GLAD we went and the Condo was comfortable, beautiful AND the most well stocked condo were we had ever stayed in our travels. The view was great and enjoyed watching all the outrigger canoes & the wonderful sunsets. The location of Sugar Beach is perfect to be near many of the island's sights. All parts of the island were open and accessible except Lahaina, of course. We visited Kaanapali and the beaches/bays north of that, Hana, the Volcano was awesome and the beautiful beaches south of Sugar Beach! Great visit! And the people were so appreciative of the visit. This condo is very clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The bathroom is small and a bit outdated, but clean and functional. The view from the lanai was great! It was quiet and peaceful.

This is a fantastic unit. Stocked with everything you need. The location is absolutely perfect to explore the island. The beach is beautiful and relaxing place for lounging days.
