I enjoyed the locations and ease of checking in and out. Unfortunately, due to the building being very old, I guess the electricity wasn't great and in one of the bedrooms when we plugged in our phone, the air conditioner went out and would not turn back on. We were booked all day everyday of our stay so it was very difficult to coordinate with the property manager a time for the A/C to be looked at it. Unfortunately, the bedroom did not have air conditioning for the duration of the stay. Also the front door was a little wonky and we were unable to deadbolt it at night. Location was great and property was functional for what we needed. With proper a/c it would have been great.

We were denied our room due to “bedbugs” to quote the representative- you won’t get to actually talk to an owner. 3rd party called evolve took hold after the purchase and things did not happen. They canceled day before via email - if you’re traveling to Hawaii you might not be on your email while traveling.. we weren’t called or given voicemail / text and we’re surprised when the room wasn’t ready.

Smelled like urine, chipped walls, stained carpets. Our expectations were not super high due to the fact that this was a last-minute booking at the end of the trip due to a positive Covid test for my wife and daughter. My daughter cried for 15 minutes when she got in the room and it did not get better. The room was disgusting. Legitimate hair and sand in the bed. I attempted multiple times to call the office to contact the agent and received a answering machine every single time.

Doors and handles were in bad condition. Floor was dirty. Mildew smell throughout the unit. Parking gets sold out quickly and forced to park off site almost everyday. Good just for sleeping after going out all day.
