We loved staying here!! Couldn’t resist listening to the waves all day & night! Condo was clean & had everything we needed to cook meals & sit down at the beach. There’s no foil/cling wrap or ziplocks so remember to bring those, but they do have plastic food storage containers. Some of the spices in the spice cabinet looked caked up, so they might need to go through those & replace those. Would definitely appreciate a lockbox of some type to lockup any money, etc & just personal preference… a shower head with a handheld shower head. The water pressure isn’t strong so one of those would really come in handy.
Had plenty of beach towels, an ice chest, snorkeling set, camp chairs. Property outside is well maintained & they were quick to kick out non-guests trying to use the parking lot, pool & bbq’s.
Loved the informational binder telling about the condo, surrounding areas & owner’s background.
Might want to have the dryer vent checked though, took 2 cycles for each load to dry.
We had an amazing stay, definitely recommend this property if you love watching sunsets on the ocean, listening to the waves & watching for turtles. The turtles were hanging out in the water just outside our lanai.

My wife and I stayed here a week with her mom. Perfect location. We snorkeled right off shore by mile marker 3 and she watched us from the balcony. We saw dolphins and whales every day. This unit was perfect. We would love to stay here again.

Condo was okay but need to have curtains or shades on sliding doors to Lanai. Afternoon sun was horrible shining into condo. Condo not very well stocked and there was no place to put your groceries and had to leave everything on countertop.
Guest room was extremely warm and noisy. No extra fans in condo. Only good thing was the view.

Our family had a wonderful stay, enjoying the sunsets from the huge lanai. We cooked most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen and were able to surf and paddleboard right in front of the condo. We also took advantage of the free shuttle to town, which stops right across the street. A great location and unit.

If you love sunsets, crashing waves and azure waters this is the location for you. Spacious, well equipped second floor condo with a lanai overlooking the ocean and lava shoreline with a small sandy spot for dips and tide pool exploring. A great home base to explore Hawaii Big Island.

This property was amazing! It is right on the beach we sat on the balcony everyday for hours just watching the waves the surfers we had turtles in the water right in front of it and the sunsets were indescribable. The property inside was extremely clean had everything we could have wanted including pots pans blow dryers the washing machine and dryer were new. The beds were extremely comfortable. And the location was amazing hosts enough to town that it was a 5 minute drive to a farmers market or surfing lessons but also far enough that you didn't have to deal with a lot of the traffic. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right on the water front minutes from downtown.
If I had any recommendations it would be to upgrade the cabinets. They have seen better days.

This condo has spectacular ocean views from the lanai. You get a picture perfect sunset view. The condo is very well appointed and has everything you need for a stay. It’s close to Kona and all the shops and restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Can’t wait to come back!
