Enjoy your meals al fresco from your private garden view lanai. This unit offers a convenient and well stocked kitchen so all you need are groceries! This unit does not have air conditioning. You'll stay cool with the Maui tradewinds right off the ocean, and there are also ceiling fans throughout.
Step into the serene and tranquil master bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen size bed. It's the perfect place to enjoy a good book or just relax after a long day in the sun. The spacious and convenient bathroom offers a large walk in shower.
Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between the Famous Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is just a short drive to Lahaina town and Front Street, dining and entertainment at Whaler's Village in Ka'anapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua. Aside from the beautiful lush green landscaping, Paki Maui also offers all the amenities you need to enjoy your Maui vacation. Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility.
My Perfect Stays will provide a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap as well as a starter kit of essentials.
There are no resort or parking fees at the resort.

Our condo at Paki Maui had everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, all your cooking essentials including spices, and comfortable furnishings. It was a perfect location for all the activities we wanted to do during our stay. The customer service received through My Perfect Stays was responsive and timely. The only issue we had during our stay was no internet or cable during the first two days due to an account issue with the owner, but My Perfect Stays remedied the issue as soon as we notified them. Overall, I would stay here again!

Paki Maui unit 319 was a great stay! The unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and also included beach gear (towels, snorkeling, body boards). The lanai was nice view of garden and provided a cool breeze in unit. Location was good near lots of food options and drove to lots of other beaches. Downfall was stairs down to beach (rocky beach not good for swimming) we’re under repair.

Listing said there is WiFi and tv. This was a lie. Managemt would not fix any issues. Said they were working on the countless issues but didn't fix anything.
Bugs everywhere! Had friends staying in the same area at the same time and didn't have any bugs...this issue is specific to thos listing.
Access to the beach was closed off.
If you want poor service, a lack of promised amenities, bugs everywhere in a good location I'd suggest this property

The actual property was good
And very clean. The bad thing about this rental is that is next to residents that lives year round

Neighbors fight the whole week we were there! Yelling and slamming doors all night even physically fighting it was horrible.
