Property was fine. Photos make the unit look nicer than it is though. Parking is $40/night though,

These pics are not up to date. We expected a deck/patio at the unit, none were found. Small room and tight qtrs. Place looked tired and needs a prof painter. Paper thin walls. This is an old bldg. Entry door to alcove doesn't close unless you pull it yourself. Sloppy paint job on entry door. Asked host to fix closure of entry door. Found pool area stark w/no umbrellas to lounge under. Again, pic of pool area w/shaded lounge area not present when we there. Had a rude and loud guest next door to us and had to ask security to intervene per host request(worked for a few hours). Fortunately he left after a few days. Vanity above toilet had no useful shelving to store anything in(Fix the shelf). Host provided a shower mat bc tub was/is very slippery. Also, provided a strip plug that was greatly needed. One socket area wasn't working(again, fix it). Hodge-podge of hangers provided. Same w kitchen utensils. Table too big for the unit. Suggest you get a squared off table. Space between table and bed may have been 18"-24". Very narrow to pass thru it. Always bumping into it. If you wish to only sleep and hopefully get some quiet rest this may be for you. My wife and I had a OK time at these facilities. Convenient bakery/coffee business on lobby area. Other stores in lobby area for quick purchases. The host was attentive to our questions and needs. Views from the 30th floor were nice. We would not come back to this property but may try out others that the host manages elsewhere.

Check-in was so easy and elevators are fast enough to get to 30th floor. A view of hill side is really nice. There is a small gym which you can use with 5 bucks for your entire stay. I hate to pile garbage in a room and dumped them everyday to a trash room on the same floor which was perfect. It could be tight for 2, but perfect for 1 person.

My husband and I are not experienced travelers, so our anxiety was pretty high, traveling so far from home. Larry made his check in instructions so clear and detailed that we never had one issue. The condo was clean and just like the pictures portray. The view is beautiful! The condo is nicely situated to walk to the beach, and transportation around Honolulu was a cinch with Uber. Highly recommend! Thanks again for making our stay so wonderful!

The location is pretty good. It is a bit small but normally your just there to sleep. You are close to stores and restaurants which is a bonus and the beach is not a far walk. I would recommend it.

Clean but small. It was Nice to have small locals right at the hotel for coffee, quick meals. We didn't rent a car. The Uber could always find us and was there within a few minutes. We even took the bus a couple of times which was great. Great place to stay within Waikiki.

The Pro's :The View was fantastic. The owner let us move in 2 hours early thank goodness. My wife was exhausted . Great location and pool was clean. Cons: Yes it is a Conda but its not. Its a Studio Unit . A condo split into two units. We were presented with what looked like a lease. And were responsible for any breakage . Because it is a private rental , going to the Hotel desk is a criminal offence punishable by a rude and arrogant attitude. My wife just asked one question and she got a mouthful. Although it is a renovated united and is quite nice , the surrounding environment (Hotel) is 1 star. And some of the people can only be described as a zoo. Shame on you Orbitz for allowing incorrect advertising. This was a VRBO . The last day we decided to move at our expense to a hotel. The unit was fine , but some of the creatures who walked into the lift.......yuk!! After the cleaning fees etc, etc, etc next time a hotel I think.

Small but efficient and easy access to everything in Waikiki! The condo was small but very clean and updated. We rented a car but we didn't really use it so I wouldn't recommend renting one. We enjoyed our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay!! It’s a small cute place. We didn’t need a lot of room as we were only in the condo to sleep. We were outside enjoying Oahu during the daytime.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this small but efficient condo. It had everything we needed. Location location is the best part. You literally do not need or want a car. Our only issue was the door cards, even following guidelines of not by phone or credit cards they needed to be reprogrammed multiple times. Other than that you would enjoy this place.

The condo was small but very clean and close to everything one could possibly need....restaurants, shopping and various convenience stores. The building was safe and security was great to deal with upon my very late arrival. Obtaining the keys was quick and easy. I did not use the kitchen, however, the kitchen was well equipped, including a hotplate and fridge. The restaurant downstairs had amazing food!! The only very slight shortcoming was that the neighbours were very noisy from very early on in the morning (i.e., 5AM; loud voices, slamming doors, etc) and throughout the day and evening. Never enough to contact the front desk (and definitely not the owner's fault either), but enough to wake one from a great sleep. Owner had great contact and made sure I had arrived okay.

This was one of the best places I've stayed in all my time in Waikiki. Clean, peaceful, Good location. Close to all the attractions but not so close as to be overly populated. At first I was concerned that the view looked photoshopped into the pictures, but this is the actual view from the room. The photos just may have been taken on a less than picturesque day and needed some TLC. The owner is hospitable and the property is great. Highly reccomend.

This is perfect for a single person or couple looking for an affordable option to stay in Honolulu. Studio was clean and included everything we needed for a week stay (stuff to cook, chairs for beach, etc etc). Rooftop pool was great, with small hot tub and grill. Tons of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance, friendly cheap bar, and coffee shop located in hotel. Busy and beautiful Waikiki Beach within walking distance or rent a car on-site and easily get to many of the other beaches, hikes, and sites to see on Oahu. Check-in and out was really easy and Larry was available for anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Honolulu. Mahalo!
