We’ve stayed in this specific gated area repeatedly because it checks all the boxes, always, but this third-floor apartment rose above all others. Literally: the third floor view afforded us more ocean, landscaped beauty, and distant mountains. Every corner was scrubbed clean. Plenty of beach towels and chairs to use for our daily snorkel trips along the Kona Coast. And we always appreciate how walkable so many activities are: petroglyph field, market, shave ice, our favorite restaurant (Lava Lava), and even a theater. Side Note: When the keypad entry battery went bust, a staff member arrived at our door—-on a Sunday——promptly (and they had a backup plan until then anyway). Well run property.

Very nice, would suggest losing the vertical blinds for horizontal or drapes. Definitely new mattress for master please. All the add on fees suck.

This condo is in an excellent location halfway between the Kings Market (Marriot) and the Hilton Hotel so it has loads of alternative restaurants within a short walk. It is also only a short 12 min. walk to the beach. BUT...best of all is the large floor plan on the 3rd floor corner with an outstanding patio view of the golf course, ocean - 1/2mi. and beautiful landscaping below. The patio is huge with great comfortable furniture and perfect for anything including morning coffee and afternoon sundowners. The unit is extremely well decorated with high quality furnishings. You will love it and will hate to leave, I guarantee.

This top floor unit, 333 in Bo Tree Tower at The Shores has a breathtaking view. The sunsets are amazing from the huge wrap around lanai. The outdoor furniture is comfortable & perfect for outdoor meals, sitting with a good book or relaxing on the chaise lounges. With an assigned parking space, you never have to worry. The unit itself has just about everything you need for a short stay. With no working oven & no estimated date to fix it, this unit is limited as far as the kitchen is concerned. If you don’t cook while vacationing, no problem then. I do cook a lot so this is something I could do without but only for a vey short period of time. The frig has an ice maker but it doesn’t work. There is no filtered water in the door but there was a Costco filtered water pitcher inside the frig. A few spices & bags/wraps remain from previous visitors. Nice supply of washer/dryer soap as well as dishwasher soap & trash bags. The furnishings are tropical & the recliner is comfortable. The bedrooms & baths are very spacious with lovely towels. The shower stall is very tiny. There are plenty of hangers & lots of room in the closets. Beach towels are provided too. There is a beautiful glass top dining table for six along with 3 bar stools. Plenty of dishes & glassware to use as well although many of the storage containers & 2 smaller sets of the dishes seemed to be hand wash only. The location of The Shores is great, close to everything & the amenities at The Shores are wonderful. The gym has all types of equipment, the pool & hot tub are relaxing & very nice. The library has a huge selection to borrow during your stay.

The big island is paradise. I have visited for vacation 3 times now and each time loved it more. During this visit I found the perfect place to stay while enjoying all the big island has to offer. This home is open and spacious with a huge lanai that gives a view of the ocean. Meticulously decorated and appointed. Comfortable and centrally located to the best beaches and restaurants. I am sure that of you visit and stay here you will not only relax like it was your own home but also fall in love with the big island.

We ate every meal on the lanai and it’s the perfect place to view the sunset. The condo is very roomy and well designed and the kitchen supplied with nice pots & pans and most every appliance we needed. Plus, the knives were relatively sharp. We did request a rice cooker and Vacasa was able to supply one right away. The entire complex is clean and well-maintained with beautiful landscaping, fountains & koi ponds. We’d definitely stay here again.

Sit on the lanai and watch the sun go down over the ocean and up over Mauna Kea. The on site folks were extremely attentive to our needs. There is no oven in the unit, I asked for toaster oven and it was delivered within hours. The location is close to beach, dining and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks here. Kyle the property manager was also helpful printing materials I needed for a long distance meeting.
