The first step into beautifully arranged living room with the kitchen will make you feel like at home. In the kitchen, you can cook your favorite dishes without any limitations as we have everything you might need. The living room is full of light thanks to a big window. In the living room, you will find two convertible turquoise sleepers and a TV to watch your favorite show.
To go to the master bedroom you will pass through high to floor mirror closet to keep all of your belongings. Shopaholics will definitely have plenty of place for their newly bought stuff. Comfortable king size bed will make your sleep great! In the morning, fully rested you can go to the balcony, sip your coffee and enjoy stunning channel, ocean, city and partial mountain views.
The Island Colony building has a convenient amenity floor hosting a recreational deck, a gym, pool, dry sauna, and Jacuzzi. As well as BBQ grills, ice-vending machines, and even a mini-mart. This building is well maintained, has a fire sprinkler and smoke alarm in each unit, and has 24-hour security.
This unit is conveniently located in the high-rise Island Colony building in central Waikiki, within walking distance to countless shops and restaurants. Nearby, you'll find the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and the newly renovated International Marketplace, as well as the famous Waikiki beach and much more. When you stay at Island Colony, you can easily enjoy an ever-evolving scene of cafes, happy hours, international cuisine, and late-night bars.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This clean vacation rental was in a quiet part of Waikiki. This rental had partial views of the mountains and ocean. The lanai was nice to sit on and watch the sun rise. We also used it dry our swim gear and towels in the Hawaiian sun. We loved the many amenities this rental had. The kids (teen and preteen)slept on the couches the first night but preferred the single foam mattresses kept in the closet the rest of the trip. We used the laundry which was operated using a debt/credit card. We used pool and hot tub daily. Very clean pool area. We used kitchen to helped us from not eating out as much; money saver. The kitchen didn’t have an oven which was fine but others may expect. Rental was within walking distance to shopping, the beach, and restaurants (Marugame Udon noodle was just a block away and was excellent). The rental was near several bus stops which we used extensively. We also rented a car for the day from an on site shop; how convenient. This rental was just what we needed for our Hawaiian getaway.

We spent all our time on the balcony enjoying the views and perfect climate. Never used the lounge at all! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for breakfast and lunch. Wifi was excellent. The Island Colony complex is well kept, the pool and bbq area is extensive. Check in was easy. They stored our bags (we were there before check in time).It is 2 blocks away from the amazing Waikiki Beach and has plenty of restaurant options close by. The condo looks exactly like the photos shown on the website. 10/10, would recommend.

This one bedroom condo had everything I needed for my trip. There were 4 of us total. The futon were not the most comfortable but host provided 2 mattress topper and enough bedding to be used on the floor which worked out perfect for my group. The view was great. Only thing that might bother others is that there's only AC in the bedroom, but we left the windows in the living room and there were winds circulating throughout the night.

Reviewer Comments: When we entered the room, it was shocking how much smaller it looks according to the pics. Maybe just the angle of the camera taking the pics? Anyhow, I wouldn’t rent here again as I feel the price was too high for what we thought was a bigger place. Though on the plus side, it was very clean.

The unit itself was decent, however, the furniture is incredibly uncomfortable. The couches were awful both to sit and lay on and I could never imagine folding them down and sleeping on them. The bed is relatively firm as are the pillows which would probably be fine for others but I found it incredibly hard and call me picky but a king size bed should have king sized pillows. The few things that would’ve been nice to know is that the pool has limited use based on sanitizing requirements and that there was scheduled pest spraying taking place so we had to vacate the unit for half a day during our daughter’s nap hours which was a bit of an inconvenience. The building itself is a bit older and the hallway had an awful smell almost every time we walked through it and was kind of dim and dingy. A picture fell off of the wall in the middle of the first night which scared the crap out of my wife and we saw that it was held on with double sided Velcro stickers which may need to be rethought. The location was awesome with the canal on one side and a ton of restaurants on the other. It’s a short walk to anything you want and totally awesome for quick trips out for food and drink. All in all, if it were slightly more comfortable we’d recommend it given view and location but it just wasn’t for us as we didn’t sleep all that well. Lastly, it has been more than 2 weeks since we left island colony and we still haven’t received our damage deposit back which I find disappointing.

Positives:- Location (close to everything and felt very safe!)- Views (AMAZING!)- Open concept living area- Lanai- Pool and amenities of Island Colony- Bidet!! - Lei Realty staff were very responsive and helpful!Now... there were a few items that we felt needed to be communicated to those looking to stay here. → Sofa beds are NOT comfortable at all!! They do fold out to become "beds", but there is a wood support "beam" that runs along the hinge area. This doesn't allow you to sleep in the middle of the "bed". Also, you can feel the springs through the cushions. Overall, my two teenage boys were not very comfortable sleeping on it. I highly recommend the owner consider changing these out to a more functional futon-style bed if they want to have more than (2) people sleep here. →Bathroom Shower Door opens inward and not outward causing it to be difficult to get in and out of - especially if you are on the larger side. → Now, before you judge my next statement, keep in mind that this is a HUGE problem in all of Hawaii and not just here. Anywhere you stay, you will likely find them. Yes... those dreaded cockroaches. We did find a few of them, but it was also during the time that Island Colony was doing their monthly maintenance spraying throughout the complex. Lei Realty was SUPER responsive and came in and sprayed the same day. Didn't see any more after that. Overall, an amazing place to stay and highly recommended for a couple looking to get away!

Great space, prime location with a cozy layout. Loved the windows in the front room, lots of breeze and nice views. One warning is the shower if you have any larger sized people in your party. It is corner shower and only opens inwards leaving little room to maneuver out after showering. You had to tuck in a corner to open the door to get out.

Besides there not being enough towels for the days or ppl occupying the unit there were bugs that look like roaches. It should be an island problem but I know I don’t have them where I live.

Apart from the check-in vague instructions the property was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay at this location. The house has all the amenities (dishwasher, utensils etc). The views are great from the 21st floor!

The place was exactly like the picture. It had everything you would need. The location was nice, right near the main strip of Honolulu.
