Nice unit overall good view of the ocean. Wonderful breaze through the deck door. Pool was nice. short stroll to the beach. Definitely would stay there again!!

Loved the location! Our main issue was the condensation on the floors that was actually a dangerous condition/possibility of falling. I found a microfiber mop in the closet and mopped several times while we were there. Since there is no air conditioning to reduce the humidity, there is no ready fix. When the conditions cause this, tenant should be forewarned. (Got up in the morning and the whole unit had dewy floors! Good thing I had noticed it and mopped the day before, so I was cautious and warned everyone.) Front door exterior light does not work. Switch is in a permanent position. Could just be the light bulb. Some display items need dusting. Mat outside the sliding glass doors holds water. Deck appears dry, so if we step out, it’s like a wet sponge. We moved the mat to let the area exiting the doorway dry. Towel bars in main bathroom shower are loose. I hand-tightened them, but they need to be tightened better than I could do by hand. Roosters were LOUD. Woke us in the night daily. One or two right under the tree in front of the lanai. Hazards of Kauai (lol). Loved being close to family, easy in and out. Great staff, welcoming and accommodating. Neat complex.
