Overall the lodging met our needs. I was disappointed in the bathroom. It was extremely humid and the shower curtain was filthy. The rest of the room and bath were clean but it appears no one paid attention to the shower curtain.

Located in a beautiful area with many shopping and dinning places nearby. The room definitely needed some maintenance but for a short trip it was alright. Very simple check-in with door codes instead of keys and they text and email you all the info you need before and during your stay.

Price was right- clean room with microwave fridge toaster coffee maker good AC And good tv, ample towels bath supplies and Host very responsive. Quiet place 5 out of 6 nights but had rude guests next door the last night- but I’ve experienced that at places paying $400 plus a night- all in all better than satisfactory stay

The room was as advertised - small studio apartment. No kitchen cooking, only one chair inside, two on patio, only small fridge and microwave. One Kerig coffee pot and 6 pots- not enough for two people for 5 days. Plenty of towels and blankets.

The resort portion was beautiful and clean. The villas where we stayed were dated however that wasn’t that important to us. The eastern facing ocean view is absolutely fantastic to make a coffee in the morning, grab a folding chair, and go watch the sunrise!Unfortunately the villa we stayed at was a shared unit and we were in the guest sweet. Just a bedroom with a bathroom. This worked for our vacation as it was just my girlfriend and myself but I can imagine having a family and this being a huge problem. The rental was affordable and maybe that should have been the giveaway but I still feel a I was mislead with the rental posting and description. We literally arrived to a stranger using our bathroom. The person renting the main room was just as surprised to hear it was a shared room as we were. It became evident that house keeping never visited the unit before our arrival. All petty things but we feel it should be mentioned. - There was dirt and sand on the floor. - All the batteries we missing. ALL of them. Remotes and safes were just empty.- Room was furnished with a keurig but the never refilled the coffee, tea, and sweetener.- No basic equipment like an iron and board although the management tracked one down for us upon request. - There were a pair of old stinky shoes on the patio (presumably abandoned after a hike) and an empty bottle of wine on the patio. - The bed was destroyed. Not sure what happened but there were only three supports holding the bed up and they were all broken. I had to lift the mattress up several times to fix their positions. I also found several supports in the closet that had broken off completely and someone hid there. Just kind of gross and disappointing having to run to target or a drug store for the basics. Ultimately you are in Hawaii to do all of things outside of a hotel room but these things were just kind of a bummer on the trip.

Our ground floor unit was very quiet and comfortable. It was located in an area not far from the airport and fairly close to most things on the island. It is also conveniently located off of one of the main roads on the island. We felt very safe and comfortable with a gate to get into the parking area and two locks into the unit. Everything seemed very up-to-date and newer. It was a very nice place.

Loved the location and resort. Thought it would be a hotel room but its a room extension of the main house in the villas. It satisfied our needs and was a great price. Would stay again. Had extras like beach chairs, BBQ tools, sunscreen was really impressed with that!

Bedroom/bathroom surprisingly very roomy & VERY surprisingly well equipped with basic necessities to make meals & dine in if U want. Fridge had a few various drinks you may like. A big plus 4 me was keurig single cup coffee maker & many coffee single use cups in a rack. Bathroom was very nice, lots of towels for inside & outdoors, plus beach items in large closet.
Weather rather wet & cloudy week. Loved nearby swimming pool & hot tub but unfortunately hot tub heater died 3 days before departure. Checked out hotel's Impressive swimming & hot tub areas but weather wasn't cooperating to what I hoped for!!
Owner Kathy was awesome on text communication with my leaving something behind as well as a couple other exchanges. Trip went by all too quickly.

Came in the day before our condo reservation in Princeville was available.
Very comfortable bed & pillows. The unit was just right & what we needed. Only 10 minutes from the airport. It was very clean and well maintained. There was dishes, flatware, table and chairs, keurig coffee maker, full size TV & a good sized microwave for eating takeout comfortably. Kathy was very helpful & kept us up-to-date about health regulations on the island.
The bathroom was a good size, with shower/bath was ready to use, without our having to unpack soap and shampoo.
We would plan to stay here, next time we come to Kauai.
