If you are looking for a lush tropical oasis, this condo is for you. Overlooking a gorgeous courtyard. The unit was recently remodeled with new tile floors, granite counters, and remodeled bathroom. This is one of the nicest units at Paki Maui to choose from.
The condo is equipped with free WI-FI, large flat screen tv, large outdoor lanai (deck or balcony), and sofa couch. The unit has a full kitchen so you can prepare your own meals from the wonderful farmer's market across the street. If you have children, the park next to the complex is sure to please.
There is a sun deck, pool, jacuzzi spa, barbecue grills, and picnic area on site. Paki Maui is perfectly located. To the North are some excellent hiking trails, championship golf, shopping and dining, luxury spas. Some of the best restaurants that Maui has to offer are just a short drive or Uber away.
The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Close to it all. Next to a large beach and playground. Across the street from the playground is a large farmers market as well as a grocery store, restaurant, coffee house, massage spa, and more. Just a short distance away is a larger grocery store, multiple restaurants, hiking, surfing, golfing, and shopping.

The place is full of tiny cockroaches, I booked the 1 bedroom apartment for 4 people, we didn't have sheet or blankets for the sofa, I ended up buying them, no air conditioning.
On the check out date at 11:10 am I was putting our stuff on the cart getting ready to leave, a lady came to let me our check out time was at 11am even though she saw us we were about to leave, she was just standing there putting some pressure. I would never stay there any more.

The condo is infested with roaches in the kitchen. The roaches were prevalent on the counters and inside the dishwasher.
We understand this is common in the tropics however, a regular exterminator service is suggested.

It was really good for a last minute booking, but it was not worth the price we paid. Bugs crawling throughout the kitchen and in the dish washer, closet doors basically falling off, fan clicking loud in the bedroom when you had the light off, and the bed was not comfortable. Just little things that added up, and it worked for the 2 days but I would not have stayed for an extended period, didn't feel comfortable with all the bugs in the kitchen. Owner was nice and compensated us four our close to 2 hour late check in, due to a cleaning delay, and was decent with communicating but never contacted me again in regards to the other isssues.

It’s small. But comfortable for 2. It has a small pull out couch. A couple of small kids could sleep on. There are some cockroaches in the kitchen. Still very clean.

Condo was not clean. furniture was dirty, especially the couch; we didn’t even want to sit on it, due to the filthy and stained cushions. Kitchen full of roaches, everywhere. Would not recommend this unit.

This is a great location. We loved the patio looking over a beautiful garden, the pool/ hot tub with a sunset view, and the grill. The property feels great. The bedroom in seperated from the main area by a hall, but the sliding bedroom door doesn't really work. The bed was firm (too hard for my partner) and very squeaky. Also, the TV remote didn't work (corroded batteries). However, one doesn't really need a TV in paradise. We'd love to stay here for a week or 2.

The propriety was dirty, the living room, bathroom and kitchen was full of cockroaches, every day we have a lot of cockroaches, the tv didn't work, the remote control was without battery.
I try to contact you before, I didn't received any respond, that was very upsetting.

Overall the actual place is nice . The pool is neat and the bbq set up is cool . The two downers about this place is the bed it is so hard and an old spring mattress . My back was killing me by the second day . There is also no ac so don’t plan on doin an afternoon nap it’s a bit to warm. The manager was super responsive though and I hate to say anything bad about it cause the intent is all there . They left snorkel gear , beach toys, towels as well as some binoculars for whale watching. If they changed the bed and had an actual A.C I would come back for sure !
