When we arrived greeted friendly. When we got to room we had the wrong room went downstairs and was upgraded to a one bedroom suite. We enjoyed the space had all the appliances and dishes and utensils that we needed. The King size bed was comfortable after a long day. Only downside was no AC in living room and kitchen.

The suites could use some updating. Furniture is a bit scratched and worn. A/C is ancient and extremely noisy. Toilet tanks fill at a trickle, which means a long wait in between flushes... can be awkward. Beds were comfortable. Property could do better with recycling options.

The property is centrally located to everything which made it great for my elderly mother. The first room we were in was clean with a beautiful view but I was given a new room when I extended my stay by a day since my flight departure time was not until the late evening. The new room was roach infested and say roaches crawling all over my handbag the first 20 minutes in there. My son and mother pointed out that there were roaches roaming the bathroom walls and at the entryway.

It was okay, the unit we got needed some minor repairs like the floorboards lifting, the toilet backed up and needed to be fixed on our trip. The bathroom fan was very noisy my 6 year old went to the bathroom in the dark to avoid the fan noise. The property was a mixture of residents and guests, everyone was pleasant.
The pool, sauna, and gym close every few hours for Covid cleaning. The laundry is $2 to wash for 25 min, and the dryer is $1.50 for 45 min. They also have a store for some food, drinks, household items from 8-10pm on level 6.
It is about 15 minute walk to the beach, and restaurants about 5 minutes. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport.

We would love to stay here again and would recommend staying here. An easy walk to most locations in Waikiki.
