We loved being in Kihei-walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants and right across the street from the most beautiful beach. The condo was spacious with plenty of room for my husband, my two kids (13 and 8) and me. The owners left so many great things to make the stay easy and comfortable-coolers, beach chairs, boogie board, iron, cleaning products-they thought of it all! The washer and dryer in unit are also a huge bonus on a beach vacation. The property is starting to show its age, and while we were there in July, it was hot! We learned that keeping the bedroom doors closed all day allowed the air conditioners to work better and keeping the screen door to the lanai open and the front screen door kept air circulating. The owners also provided many fans to keep it comfortable. This isn’t a luxury property, but for the price it can’t be beat. I would stay here again.

This is a great place. Has a nice pool, walking distance to the beach (they provide towels, chairs and other items for the beach) and restaurant's. We liked the fact that the bedrooms had AC because it does get warm inside the condo since it is on the 4th floor and the sun sets right on the condo but there is a nice shade to help with the sun. Only negative is that the living room fortunate is not functional for families. Overall, great location and we will be staying there again.

I have stood at Maui Parkshore multiple times, first time in this unit. This is by far, the best unit I have stayed in. Had all the kitchen and beach needs. Portable a/c units in the bedrooms. Nice location, good amenities, great view of the ocean.
Just beware the unit is on 4th floor, and it gets hot in the afternoon. Both rooms are air-conditioned but not in the living room.

The property was great. Right across from the beach, sunsets every night on the very large balcony. Was a bit older space.... but had every amenity we needed!. We had 2 couples staying so we pushed the the 2 twin beds together. The twin beds were less comfortable but we survived, as the rooms had a good amount of space and an AC unit in each bedroom. We were also happily surprised that there were beach chairs and boogie boards for our use!
Overall a 9-out of 10 stay! and would stay again
