Discounts available based on length of stay. Our Studio has ceramic tiled floors and a large porcelain tiled shower. All the ceiling areas have been filled with insulation and faced with 2-ply bamboo. Our studio is located at Sandpiper Village I. The Sandpiper grounds boast beautiful mature landscaping and a recently renovated pool complex with a large tile-bottomed pool plus a good size jacuzzi and two Webber gas grills. My studio is less than a minute walk to the pool.
As an option, a Delonge 1,250 BTU free-standing AC unit is available at $12/day for a 3-6 night stay, or $10/day for a 7+ night stay. If you decide to make a reservation, please indicate if you would like the use of the AC unit for the period of your stay and I'll process the appropriate additional charge through VRBO.
There is no cooktop or oven in the studio, however, there are Webber gas barbecue grills available for guests to use on a complimentary basis at the large pool complex, located less than a minute's walk from the unit. Hot meals prepared in this manner can either be enjoyed at the pool or taken back to the studio. The Princeville Resort is located on Kauai's North Shore where you are just minutes away from exploring her many wondrous attractions such as pristine, secluded beaches, the best Kauai has to offer. Great snorkeling, windsurfing, board surfing, or swimming are just minutes away as well. It was a nice studio, the complex is pretty with landscaping. Other guests were friendly, and the suite is great for one or two. The towels did have an old used smell though, and it was alright to wash plates and cutlery in the bathroom sink. Good location for North Shore. The apt needs updated and cleaned.
There were only two towels and two wash clothes with no laundry facility. I tried to call for more towels and wash clothes but no one returned my call. We were there 11 days.

Great little spot. Splurge a little and get the a/c, it's worth it. The bed is comfy and it's very well located.
The place had some extras but could have used more, like a cooler, and dishtowels.

The condo is in a great location, beautiful area and can walk to Hideaway Beach. The condo itself is comfortable and has everything you need. The host was available when I had difficulty getting in the first night and checked up on me the next day. Great value!

Would recommend the apt where we stayed in beautiful Princeville. We were so busy seeing the sights and hiking, we didn’t even use the pool. It was hard to find at night. Would recommend moving in in the daylight.

The manager sent very detailed information that helped us get onto the property and into the studio without any issues. The studio was equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, and knives. There are also multiple fans in addition to the ceiling fan. We didn’t have to go out and buy mundane things. Thanks!

I spent a long weekend at this property and had a fantastic time. Perfect location in the Princeville Resort. Close to so many great things to go do/see. Karl was responsive and so helpful with any questions I had prior to my visit. Check-in and check-out was simple.
