BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

The location is great. They stock it with more than other units in VRBOs. It was one of our favorite units we have stayed in Hawaii. You are not quite close enough to restaurants to walk to town but very close. Condo complex is nice and quiet. One downside is pool closes at 9 pm and they have many rules. Itt would not be good for families that like to play ball or loud play in water. The beds were very comfortable too. I would recommend this unit to others. The property manager answered all of my questions timely and made our stay easy. Parking spot was close to building.

This property was perfect for my group of 4. Walking distance to the beach, 2 pools, clean BBQs. Inside was spotless and communication was great. Would absolutely recommend this spot if you want to make your trip great!

The condo met all of our families needs. It's close to the beach and the pools are nice. The AC kept it cool. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing family meals. The carpet needs replaced, or at least deep cleaned. Parking is close to the unit.

We stayed at this property for 1 week over Christmas. The unit was okay however we were disappointed to find only a small cooler (that had a stuck handle that made it awkward to use) and four old Beach chairs ( not backpack style) that made it awkward to carry to the beach. There was no sun umbrella, beach toys or boogie board and therefore we had to spend extra money to rent those for the week.
The lanai had a nice patio table however it was annoying to sit out there with the very loud a/c unit running. The a/c units were very noisy inside the unit as well.
The unit was stocked with the basics for cooking and eating however there was an ant issue that we noticed after a few days. The carpet in the living room was very badly stained. The beds were fine and had a nice light duvet and other blankets were available as well . The unit was nice and close to the pool however our assigned parking spot was frequently taken by other guests which lead us to have to find alternate parking at times
Overall the unit was okay for very basic needs however for the price I would stay at another unit/ complex

Have stayed in this complex several times. This was worst unit we have had. Needs carpet and general updating. Had 2 separate plumbing issues that were fixed next day which was ok. Last day there was a water main break meaning that we were without any water for toilets, laundry, cleaning, showers etc. All previous visits were much better than this experience.

The condo was exactly as advertised. No views of the water but such a short walk to the beach. It's pretty steep to get to the beach but not bad. I do wish the complex had thought about electric cars. There's no place to plug in. And if you're a Tesla renter, save yourself the headache and rent an ICE. All of Maui is extremely challenged in charging, especially Teslas.
We had a small critter run across the floor and the management came and put traps down immediately. Super nice exchange anytime we had a question. Would definitely stay here again.
