The studio was perfect for what we needed. It is walking distance to Waikiki and conveniently located to the places that we wanted to visit. Free parking was the icing on the cake! Jean was the best host. Communication and hospitality were 10+. Thank you Jean for creating a memorable time for us!

A little tight for a family of four. We have two young kids so we made it work. Room was clean. Not much as far as cooking amenities go, limited pots and pans and cooking utensils. We had to call for a couple extra towels but they were delivered in a timely manner. I would stay again if I had three or less people in my group.

The check in was very smooth and we were provided with detailed check in instruction early in the day and were allowed early check in even though we didn’t utilize it. The host was very accommodating and provided us extra essentials when we asked for more supplies. The unit is clean, quiet and the building is well managed. The Friday night fireworks is an added bonus.The location is very convenient and within walking distance from popular attractions.

This condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a week stay. We cooked simple meals. It has easy access to the elevator and pool. It was quiet. It is close to the beach. One of the main reasons we chose this place over many others was for the parking which was included as we had a rental car. Check In was smooth. Responsive Communication with manager. We had no problems.

We totally enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect! We had access to the beach, pools, and neighboring restaurants and shopping places. Our kids enjoyed Dave’s Ice Cream which is on the property. The only thing that made me give a 4/5 stars was the hard bed. Not the best but not the worst either. We would totally stay here again though!

I personally don't like waiting for elevators, this was the number one reason we chose this unit.But additionally, having a clean room, a full kitchen, good a/c unit, great shower pressure, excellent bedding and more. We'd stay here again.I forgot to mention, the location was fabulous.

Very comfortable accommodations. Great location and so nice to have a full kitchen. Access to the pool area, with lots of seating choices, is right around the corner. Parking space worked out well and the response from the manager was excellent.

Are room smelled like urine. My my five year old daughter called it the stinky room or the pee room. I talked to Paul tucker about the smell and how bad it was and he agreed to give me a 200.00$ refund. I am not some person who complains, I work construction and use job toilets. I am use to terrible conditions. This room smelled terrible. I still haven’t receive a refund for 200$. I have called Paul twice to remind him of are agreement and he said he will take care of it. But I still no refund. I would not recommend any I like to caption cook Realestate. I would tell them to stay away.I would give these 1to 5 a 0 if I could but I will have settle for a 1.

The vacation rental is in a great location. However, I would not recommend the condo we stayed in. The photos posted do not represent the dirty and poor condition of the condo. The couch was stained all over and smelled as were the drapes. And the floor was swept before our arrival but seriously dirty. The kitchen had limited items, how about only have 3 forks. The management has not done a good job monitoring this unit for repairs and cleaning.

We were guests here from October 11th through the 17th, 2022. The condo was exactly as presented in the pictures.
The communication was great.
I enjoyed the included parking because we had a rental for the week. It was a tight squeeze but we got used to it.
The condo is on the 2nd floor and the 1st room off the elevator. Convenient to the wading pool which you have a view of from the lanai. To our surprise, we also had a great view of the Friday night fireworks too!
I was worried about street noise from not being up very high but it was a non- issue.
There is not laundry on every floor as the details state. In fact, the 2nd floor is the only floor without laundry. We did not use those facilities.
We loved the coffee shop. Great coffee, great acai bowls. The ice cream shop has a ton of flavors and great service. Cinnamons was average.
We walked to the Duke's and Lahaina Shave Ice 🍧 . Don't miss those! There's a ramp from the back of the complex right down to the lagoon and just beyond that, the beach. Super convenient.
We are smokers and there are 2 smoking areas at the resort. 1 is at the top of the ramp, at the back of the resort, with a great view of the marina. The other is right past valet, in the front.
The only thing that could have improved our stay is a broom or swifffer. Because there's no housekeeping, the floors get a little sandy and it'd be nice to go over the floors with something and not have to buy it.
All in all I would definitely stay here again!

I continue to be impressed by CCR. Hanna took excellent care of me including when I texted her at 11pm. Loved everything about the unit including the fact that it's so easy to get to (using the stairs). As a former local boy, the Ilikai is well known, location is great and staff too. CCR is my new go-to company when I go home to Hawaii. Mahalo Hanna (and Paul from my last visit 2 mom prior) for your responsive and great disposition. See you all next time!Chance
