This 31st floor corner unit of the Waikiki Banyan has been completely remodeled in 2021 with vinyl flooring, countertops, cabinets, and bathroom.

Fully furnished with two full size beds, two sofa couches/beds in the living room, island countertop with chairs, and appliances.

The full size kitchen has everything you’ll need to feel right at home: plates, glasses, silverware, stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, pots and pans, etc.

Free High Speed Internet/Wifi provided.

Free parking pass and free private wifi are both included for your entire stay!!! Additional parking is available for $43day* (*rates subject to change).

The Waikiki Banyan features a recreation deck with a large pool, 2 spa/hot tubs, saunas, snack bar/restaurant, BBQ grills with outdoor picnic seating, and a children's playground!

The Waikiki Banyan Recreation Deck Construction project commences April 7 2025. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor seating, children’s playground, snack bar/restaurant, and BBQ area will be closed during the project. Some noise is to be expected during work hours.

Enjoyed our stay! The cleanliness was great, and while we wish there was an oven, what was provided was more than sufficient. There are BBQs on level 6 (where the pool is) for a fee. The beds were comfortable, there is extra bedding for the couches that fold out! Having parking included was a HUGE plus since we had a vehicle the entire time. The elevators were a bit slow and often full, but we quickly learned to walk down to the main floor from the parkade to avoid waiting. The location can’t be beat – just a 5-minute walk to Waikīkī Beach! Having access to beach chairs was also a nice bonus. Overall, a wonderful stay!

This is our 2nd time with Waikiki Banyan. This unit is upgraded, clean , accesible . The aircon screen that was falling and loose faucet k ow was fixed the next day . I like how it’s located close to the elevator and it is an end unit avoiding the noise of people walking along the hallway . Overall ok . I just recommend for them to have newer beach towels . I highly recommend this unit . Thank you .

It was pretty good. Lots of noise in lobby in the evenings but over all it was quiet. Bathroom is pretty small. Would have liked to have had coffee to go with coffee pot. But coffee stands were close by. Overall I would rate this place as very good.

The room was clean, and had everything we needed. Location is great, parking was convenient and easy. We checked in on time but the room wasn’t quite ready, cleaners were still cleaning we had to wait for them To finish. The beds are so small only 1 person could fit. If you are a small person 2 could maybe fit, we are all tall and a little larger so it was uncomfortable. It’s located at the Banyan, the Banyan itself is run down and old, the service desk people were not helpful, they didnt even want to help. Given the cost in Aud I wouldn’t stay there again.

Location is great. Short wall to the beach and shopping. Parking is a big bonus. Pool is lovely for kids. Hot tub is great but small when busy. Loved having a washer and dryer. Not cheap but worth it. Management of property was prompt and should get an A plus. The room was overall as it appeared. I would suggest that the cleaner could clean scuff marks and drywall be repaired when dings done immediately. Entrance very beaten up. Front door and touch points with Covid could have more cleaning. A few items like the bottom of the toilet could have been cleaned better. Overall, a great place to stay.

The room was very modern and clean, which we loved. We have started at the Waikiki Banyan before and love the location. This property however, had no dish washer and no oven. Not having an oven is a real downer, so we will not rent this unit again. The air conditioner worked great in the living room, but when you closed the doors to the bedroom, there was no air flowing. We had to open the windows and it got hot in the room. If you keep the doors open, then it’s fine. A fan may help.
