Waking up to a warm ocean breeze and watching whales breach from the kitchen while drinking a morning cup of coffee is something out of a fairytale, but it’s real. The unit was very clean and hospitable , and the Stice Team did a great job answering my questions and addressing my needs over text. Two thumbs up!

We had a fantastic vacation. The condo was excellent. Extremely clean with a well supplied kitchen and beach gear. Perfect view of the ocean but still private and quiet to enjoy family time. Easy access to local shopping and grocery stores. We are definitely planning to come back.

Liked to location. Place could use little update. Not happy we were told things had opened back up when they had not. With the sad circumstances we ask for refund but was denied only could reschedule. Reschedule doesn't work for everyone. I could see not given refund if we were the one to cancel but when other places were offering refunds, it should of been option. We still made the best of everything and drove to many parts of the island. Hopefully we will get to return one day.

We loved our stay at Kaanapali Shores 903. The view from the balcony is amazing! The room was clean and matched the description. The grounds are amazing with fantastic snorkeling right off the beach. Close proximity to grocery stores, farmers markets, food trucks, and Papi Ohana's cinnamon buns. Two nice pools if you get tired of the beach. Sunsets are visible and amazing from the property.

The management company was very good with communication and kind about our problem. The location was beautiful. It’s too bad the cockroaches have taken over. We emptied our trash daily and never left food out and still we had cockroaches crawling across the counter every night and lining up along the dishwasher seal every morning, even though the dishwasher was empty. We kept all of our pantry food in the refrigerator as well. The management company offered to come spray, but I was not comfortable having my small children exposed to the chemicals. I did appreciate their quick response. Upon our departure, a handyman was measuring to replace the carpet so that will be nice for future guests.

This penthouse property was beautiful and clean. Lots to enjoy on-premise and off-premise, like pools, shopping, food trucks, and grocery stores to assist with any items you need to add to the fridge. The property had toiletries and kitchen items to help you kick-start your trip. Lastly, we enjoyed the breathtaking views from the balcony.

Overall the Place was great for our family of 6. We have stayed in Maui before on Kannapali coast and this stay rates an 8/10 compared to our previous stay at a resort just down the street. It was great to have the kitchen and washer and dryer. Plenty of beds for all of us and was great to have two bathrooms. I do think the Condo and resort itself could use a little upkeep and renovations.

We had a family of 5 stay at this VRBO. The location is perfect! We loved having the pool and the ocean. The views are amazing and we saw whales breach from the balcony!The pictures aren't completely accurate and in my opinion, the carpets needed to be cleaned. The bathrooms were immaculate and spacious. The dryer did not work and there was no laundry detergent. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are super comfortable. There is not a lot of room on the balcony and we struggled to find a place for all 5 of us to sit. The air conditioning struggled to keep up and it was often warm at night. That being said, we are from Montana so maybe we just didn't adjust well.Overall, a wonderful stay!

Incredible communication and customer experience. This property was immaculate and just like the photos. Many extras were in the unit including beach towels, spices, coffee, sand toys, and plenty to get us started. The Stice Company was super responsive and helpful. Fully recommend!

We loved the view from our room. The location was great, many places to eat shop, and play nearby. I loved that you could walk right out to the ocean from the resort. The pools were also a blast and really nice and big. The condo was nice, but we didn’t feel it was super clean. The coffee maker had bugs in it and we didn’t realize that until after we had a couple cups of coffee. The property managers never answered their phone or returned a call when I had questions before we arrived. They did email back after a couple of days though. Overall, we had a great time and loved our stay!

Fantastic condo in a great location. We loved our time here. The condo was gorgeous inside with lots of great extras like beach chairs, floaties, cooler bag. The only thing that we struggled with but I don’t think is the fault of the condo is there was no water pressure and the master bath shower head was a bit low. Not sure if that’s just hard to get high water pressure on the 9th floor. The resort itself was fantastic as well. So many fun family features and programs. Definitely something to do for everyone.

This unit was awesome on the penthouse and towards the front of the complex! I would recommend staying there and would stay their ourselves again. I liked that the beach was so close to the pool and almost private. We also enjoyed the pools, games, etc. onsite. We had to fiddle some with the AC to get it to work with the door magnets and the "auto" setting. But we figured it out. Thank you for everything!

Nice 2 bedroom unit on the top floor. Property is a little dated but overall very good. Same is said for the unit. The wind is really strong down the corridor so when you open the door to the unit, the master bedroom door would slam shut every time (until we improvised a door stop). A little more info from the VRBO team would have been appreciated; 1 - You need to get a parking pass. Not a big deal but was never mentioned in the correspondences. 2 - You also need to get 'towel cards' from the front desk for pool towels. Also never mentioned. 3 - Unit needs a door stop for the master bedroom. Overall, we had a great stay with no issues and would stay there again.

This penthouse view is what makes this condo great. Not only from the living area, but both bedrooms have an ocean view. The second bedroom had twin beds which was a consideration for us when selecting a condo. The condo is fully equipped with the essentials you need for your stay. The wooden furniture in the living area is very beautiful. The management company responded quickly to problems we encountered. Thank you for that. Overall, it was a great stay & we had a great time. I do think however that the condo is in need of some TLC & upgrades. It looks a little “tired”. I would hope that management would invest in improvements & make this great condo even better.

This condo was absolutely amazing. Every morning we enjoyed coffee and breakfast with a 'million dollar' view. We never tired of counting the whales. The resort had a great family friendly pool, and all the best snorkeling spots were only a short 5 minute drive. The condo had all the amenities, and some nice extras (beach bags, chairs and sand toys) for our beach days. We will definitely be re-booking! Mahalo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was better than described. It had everything we needed from beach towels, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen supplies, and an amazing view of the ocean. The location was perfect and with easy access to a boardwalk that took you along the beach. We would totally stay here again, without a doubt. Mahalo!
