Originally built as a tennis resort, the property still features some of the finest tennis facilities on the island. Enjoy access to eight tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, bell and shuttle service, beach gear rentals, a lagoon-style saltwater pool designed for family fun, and a quieter, smaller pool for those looking for something a little more relaxing. First thing that you see when you walk in is the view! Then you can hear the birds and rain as it allows you to take that long deserved nap after travelling. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and I enjoyed the plush carpet to walk on. Everything about this property was awesome. Parking was a little far but the resort is so great about sending over transportation if you call and ask. The hot tub and pool were so cute and really felt like you were swimming in the falls. My only regret is I didn't spend much time at the actual resort as they were too many adventures to do on the island. Don't skip this good deal the view alone was worth every penny!

It's a simple, but beautiful room, with a stunning view. No kitchen, but there is a small fridge for drinks and snacks, and a coffee maker. The water didn't get as warm as I wanted it to (we went when it was rainy season still - around 20C and I like my showers a little warmer than lukewarm.)

The views are amazing. No issues with communication with the propery managers. There was sand on the floor, although the tile is sand colored so probably not easy to spot. The bathroom needs an update; the bathtub stopper was broken and sitting in the drain when we got there. Even if we had wanted to use the bathtub, it was visibly dirty with a ring. The hot water was also not super efficient, so I'm not sure it would have been enough to actually fill the bathtub. Honestly, we could have dealt with that pretty easily, but the walls are PAPER thin. You can pretty easily hear full conversations, smell any food being cooked, and it's not ideal when your neighbors are playing music until 11pm. The property is a little outdated, but it would be pretty great if you wanted to play tennis. The beach access is less than ideal, especially if you have mobility concerns or don't want to wait for an employee to take you by golf cart (I think you could've rented one maybe too). Overall, it just was not what we were expecting for how much we paid. We did reach out to management while we were there but felt a lot of the stuff was not something they could fix.

Arriving was smooth we felt really welcomed, no hold ups, fully supported in landing in our room. It is a very large property with a sweet Lil walk to a shared but private beach with gorgeous views and safe (when we were there) waters. We had fun at the in house restaurant with live music. The food is OK. The bed is huge, pillows ok, not great linens, kinda rough. I'll bring my own pillow case next time. But the view from the bed was everything, and to hear the birds in the morning so sweet, we kept the doors open/ no AC to be fully in the Aina from bed. Neighbors were mostly quiet, it is intimately shared space so we were too. Spacious bathroom with little kitchen area before it, just fridge, dishware and coffe/tea pot which we used. Shower wall had some mildew on it but so do most places on Kauai. That was the only thing that didn't feel carefully tended. Everything else was great. The closet was kind of jumbled with things so we didn't use it but didn't really need it. The property is a bit dated but I don't come to the islands for slick and new.. Just the Aloha and the beauty... That was fully present. 🌺🙏🌊

Room and view were really nice, we rented through vrbo but you still get to use the resort amenities, room was clean and stocked, my only issue is the shower water did not get hot at all it was mostly luke warm and when the air conditioning pump would drain it was pretty loud and would wake us up. Overall though nice place to stay!!

The universe lined me up with the place I was meant to be at. It has felt more like a homecoming than a vacation. Like my soul has been here before. I booked last minute and with minimal research prior to booking. I have no regrets. It was a transformative experience.
