The property was great for the 9 days we stayed in Maui with a mic of realxing and activities around the island. Renting a car is important but the place is absolutely perfect

My family enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious. The property is very nice. You can enjoy the pool or the beach which we enjoyed going back and forth. The location is good as well. Just a short drive for many great restaurants. We look forward to returning again sometime in the future.

Our stay was good, the location was the best part of it. The bed was awful and we ended up having to go buy a mattress pad because it was so miserably uncomfortable.

This condo was conveniently located near the big pool and facing a pretty garden area. It was easier for us to get places using the Arcadia door rather than the main door. Nice AC and kitchen amenities. Would have liked an extra blanket and a couple more bath towels, though.

Nice 1 bedroom condo. Had all the amenities that were needed. Beach access and restaurant on site was the best part of the resort.

The property is good the resort is good the pools are good my daughter loved them. It’s right on a very nice section of beach and everything you could need is available at the resort and the surrounding areas. The food trucks near by are fun and very good. The room kind of sucks. It’s in need of a remodel especially the bathroom. The mattresses on the bed and pull out were the worst I’ve ever slept in on my life. The couch is old and scratchy and so scratchy in fact it gave my daughter a huge scratch on her leg . There was no hand soap or toilet paper upon arrival. We let the owner know and they brought by toilet paper but not hand soap we had to go to the grocery store to buy hand soap and table cleaner so we could just do a basic wipe up after we were done eating. I kept joking that a man must be in charge of this property because a woman would never. In short I would stay at the resort again but not in this unit. I would call the front desk and book with the property. We actually booked a nearby fancier resort for two nights just so we could get a decent nights sleep because the mattresses are SO BAD

This condo was great location being very close to the pool / hot tub and close to the parking lot etc.... also very close to shops, coffee, restaurants etc. Was awesome they had beach chairs and umbrella and a cooler backpack that came in very handy. Overall was great except the condo felt a bit bare bones though in terms of overall comfort and kitchen being stocked... A real coffee maker woudl have been nice vs. keurig... More bath towels would have been nice since the dryer didn't work properly and some seasonings to cook with , cleaning supplies for kitchen and kitchen towels would have been helpful too, we had to go buy kitchen counter wipes and seasonings to cook with but they did have olive oil and salt and pepper... but it's nice to have those things when staying for a longer period of time. Everything was great, just a bit bare in terms of things you might need in teh kitchen. and having extra towels etc.....

Was not able to check our bags with the bellman, keep that in mind if you arrive before check in.
Was locked out of room for over an hour on our last night, since the key code was not working. The property manager didn't get back to us until the next morning.

Had a couple of questions before arrival, emailed the host but no response until a few days after we checked in. When we got there, the code provided didn't work and the phone number provided was a former employee, who graciously provided us with another number. (Followup emails still listed the outdated number) Took about an hour to get a hold of someone. Frustrating for the first night after a long day of travel.
Other than the communication issues, the property was wonderful. Nice pools, great view of the sunset, free refillable water bottle station, never had an issue finding parking close to the room. The room itself could use some updates, especially in the bathroom. Master bad was comfy, pullout couch was old and uncomfortable. At night, it felt like the ac in the master wasn't working or very efficient. Proximity to beaches/shopping was great! Overall, we would stay here again. It was a great trip. Mahalo!

Very disappointed as we didn’t have access to the outdoors due to construction and because of workers being there, we had to keep curtains closed. The unit was dark…
Could use some upgrading (shower).

We stayed two nights and wish we had booked longer. The property was beautiful with two pools and hot tubs surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Highly recommend renting the cabana chairs by the water for a little more comfort and privacy. The patio had beautiful views of the gardens which kept it quiet and peaceful. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed (cups, silverware, beach chairs, etc). Jason was super easy to communicate with and left us a nice welcome gift. We would definitely book again !
