My husband and I stayed here for a week and found it perfect. Unit is great for two adults and small child (think max someone who sleeps in pack-n-play). Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are more than what’s needed for two. Bed and linens were comfy. Kitchen fully stocked with kitchen items. We cooked all but one night and never didn’t have what we needed. View is lovely; up above Kamaole 1 beach and without the road noise of the main beach road. Each night we watched sunsets and each morning checked out the amazing constellations. Linai space is perfect. AC was available but we never used it as each room has a ceiling fan which kept us comfortable even when the temps reached 85 F (real feel 95).

We loved this condo, particularly the location! It was close to so many cute little restaurants, and of course, being across the street from several beaches is a huge plus! The beach chairs and umbrella were so fantastic to have!
Our only complaint (if you want to call it one) is that it does get warm in the condo- the air conditioner has a hard time keeping up. At night it would be stuffy in the bedroom. Other than that we loved everything about the place and will definitely be booking here again!

It has everything needed to experience Maui. From plenty of pots and pans, umbrella, beach seats, towels, yetis, ice chest, etc. really allowed us to enjoy Maui without having to bring too much from home.

Was amazing to be so close to the beach, made it easy to walk to the beach and quickly go back if we found we needed something more. Was a nice quiet space which was great for our sleep and our toddlers sleep. Condo was equipped with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and beach towels. We had an amazing stay and will certainly stay again.

This place has a great view of the ocean and is so close to the beach. I walked there every morning for a long swim and beach walk. It's quiet and convenient in every way, fully loaded with everything I needed. It was wonderful to sit and have coffee on the balcony in the morning, and then to sit there in the evening watching the moon shining on the water. I even saw a shooting star. I'll be back for sure!

We had an amazing stay in Maui. The view from the lanai was amazing. Within walking distance to beautiful beaches, shopping and lots of yummy food. We saw turtles every day at the beach just down the street. The unit was clean and well equipped. It even had chairs, umbrella and a mini cooler for your day at the beach. The unit is spacious, amazing view of the beach and lots of natural light. Check in and check out was easy and our hosts replied promptly to any of our questions. Will definitely be back and will tell all our family and friends about this unit!

This is very nice place to stay! We love its balcony with great view of ocean and sunset. Driving to other scenic sites is easy and we explored other areas during our stay. It takes about 1 min to walk to Kamaole Beach I for swimming and snorkeling. We saw turtles swimming quite often. This property is very clean, we have almost everything needed for cooking. The only problem we got was that the fry pan was worn out, and needed to be replaced. A lot of restaurants options are nearby. The bakery, ice-cream, shops, surf rentals are downstairs cross street.

Really great location! it's literally across the street from one of our favorite beaches. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were all a nice touch. The rooftop bbq area is definitely a good spot to catch the sunsets! As others have stated, the bedroom does not have AC, but there are lots of fans to redirect air from the AC in the main room. Thanks for a great stay and a super smooth check in process!

Great location and view! Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Parking was never an issue and unit is a short walk to the beach. Bed was very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in unit is a game changer. Would 100% stay here again. Clear directions for check in and check out procedures.

We were able to walk to amazing beaches and restaurants. It was a easy drive to all of the best locations. So easy to check in and out. Clean and cozy as well. We called it the “relaxation vortex” as we watched the gorgeous sunset views every night from the patio.

Location was perfect and the view was great. It was super hot in the bedroom but thankfully there was an extra fan so it was fine. Coming from CO I’m just not as used to the heat ha! My only complaint really has to do with the kitchen. Had to buy some of the basics you usually find in a rental (salt, dishwasher detergent, cooking oil) - I know these aren’t guaranteed but usually a nice touch. Also the pans under the over were absolutely DISGUSTING. Like never been washed ever. Had to go buy scrubbing pads to get it cleaned. Other than that all was good.

Loved how comfortable everything in the unit was, from bedding, mattress, nice accent touches, lighting, recliner chairs, etc. Quaint foyer of complex. Friendly staff. Can get noisey but sound of ocean waves and views often made up for it.
Beautiful view of Kam 1, right across the street. Great restaurants and cafes all walkable. Great snorkeling. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking at home, with great natural foods market a block away for groceries.

We really liked this condo! This is the second time we've stayed in KBR, and really love the location. Right across the street from a super beach! You can't beat the 4th floor view and accompanying breeze. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The furniture was in great shape and the bed was really comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and I didn't have to be creative with utensils or pots/pans to cook a meal. There were plenty of towels, both bathing and beach. We enjoyed the use of the boogie board (bought a smaller one for our son and left it behind for others to use), beach umbrella and cooler for days on the beach. Reservation and check in/our were super easy, and the rental company was very communicative and responsive. This was a great value for the location (walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping, grocery store). I highly recommend staying in this unit for a relaxing Kihei stay! We'll definitely book here again if it's available.

This property is in the perfect location - across from the beach with a great view of the ocean. It's also close to shops and restaurants. We've stayed at this resort many times because we love it. The unit was well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time.

We loved the vibes at the KBR once again; beautifully maintained condo with all the amenities. The bed is awesome! The view from the balcony was also nice - although the view from the roof terrace was even better. Met some really nice people to have a sundowner with. Would love to come back! Highly recommended.
