Easy process for check-in and out. Condo was very clean, nicely laid out. Lanais- fantastic for sunrises, great table and chairs for anytime meals. The kitchen and bathrooms - nicely updated. Kitchen had what you needed to make meals, newer pans and utensils. Comfortable living room, nice beds. Great location for A-Bay and other beaches, King and Queen Shopping Centers, and restaurants. Thanks Joe, for a great stay. We would love to visit again.

My husband and I and our 2 children ages 4 and 1 year were able to comfortably stay in this ground level unit with all the amenities of home. Though great for families we did have to bring our own pack n play for baby to sleep in. Not a deal breaker for us considering Joe was upfront about not having one available. The lanai was situated right next to the putting green and course restaurant making it easy to walk and grab a drink and an appetizer. The pool was heated and shallow, great for our young kids. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Waikaloa

My partner and I had a great stay. The lanai was without a doubt the highlight of the condo. It's a perfect place to relax that feels private (well isolated from neighbors) and peaceful (green golf course views).
Other nice features were the saltwater pool (quiet and had plenty of shade), and the location (plenty of walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and paths).
Place was exactly as pictured with a very generous sized master. Management was responsive, and even let us know in advance about some work being done on a nearby unit (which ended up hardly being noticeable). We would absolutely stay again!

I've stayed at many VRBO condos, including a couple in Waikoloa and this unit was by far the best! The management company was incredibly responsive before check in, and for a couple of minor things that came up. I loved the spaciousness of the property and the unit was generously spaced and laid out. What made this place truly special is that decor and household items were clearly "owner quality" not just a rental unit. The special touches like motion light at the entry, and kitchen being well stocked really made this an incredible rental. The pool is heated (rare!) and the people were very kind about my 10 year old playing in the pool. We loved being walking distance to the Marriott and Hilton for restaurants. Overall, I literally could not say enough good things. Thank you so much for the perfect stay!

We found the place wonderfully clean and beautifully decorated with high quality things. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lots of spices for cooking as well as other cooking things left behind. Kitchen has everything you’d need for any kind of meal. Condo had beach toys and chairs plus good beach bags and a cooler and umbrellas. Beautiful view on the lanai which was fun for enjoying mornings and evenings. Place was very quiet. Also there’s a great restaurant called Tropics that is just across the way. This was a great place to stay. Very well located and in walking distance to the shops and the big hotel with the fun pools and lagoons.

From the moment we booked we had excellent communication. Everything was completely streamlined. The condo itself had everything we could have possibly needed from the kitchen, bathrooms, patio and beach necessities. Beds and living area very clean and comfortable. Everything so far about our trip to the big island has been, easy and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed. We didn’t need to eat out since the kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The location is code to a number of great beaches and a few grocery stores and other shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back!

Property was just as described and in the perfect location to visit so many great spots on the BI! There is also so much to do within walking distance- lots of restaurants, grocery store, shopping, beach, and great trails for walking or running. Joe was so easy to connect with while we were staying at the property. We cannot wait to return!

After our trip to Maui was derailed by the fires in Lahaina we scrambled to save our vacation. Our VRBO search found this dream of a property. Not only was it a vacation saver but the condo is large and the amenities are top notch. The owner has beach gear available for use which travelers could not possibly bring with them. If I could give this property 10 stars I would. Cannot wait to visit again

Vista 104 is the perfect Big Island base camp. Walking in I was amazed that it exceeded the pics. The lanai is just amazing for morning and evening. Great views of Mauna Kea. Beds were excellent. Bathrooms were well decorated and spacious.
Kitchen well supplied and clean. We had planned to grill but chose to do simpler meals. We walked to dinner several times in the shops and the lava lava clubs.
Beach access is SO easy if you want to walk or drive to a bay. Close to Hapuna and Mauna Kea. No long drives to get food, snacks. Airport is 18 minutes away.
Easy access to saddle road for volcanoes and Hilo day trip and to akaka falls.
Joe is a great communicator and helped us with a small issue during stay.
We are already planning our next visit.

This is a great condo tucked into the golf course site. Everything was clean & the kitchen was well stocked with spices, appliances and cooking items. Walking distance from the beach and shopping. We never found the pool so a little map might have helped out.

This has been the best vrbo that we have stayed in, and we have stayed in quite a few. This was very comfortable for our family (2 adults + 2 kids under 12). The beds were super comfortable, and the bedding was high quality. All details were thought through - beach towels, a closet stocked with beach gear, and all kitchen necessities. The decor was cute and not over-cluttered. Very clean and well-kept. Joe was great with check-in and check-out and available for any questions. The property itself is nice and quiet. The pool is nothing special, but a great beach is within walking distance. We will be looking to come back for a second visit.

Spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked which allowed us to cook all our meals. The beach equipment was really appreciated and we loved waking up to birds singing. The location was a short walk to restaurants and a gelato shop. Joseph was very quick to respond and gave us all the info that we needed.

The property is beautiful, clean, neat, spacious and very comfortable. We had many amenities that made our stay very nice.
Unfortunately, neither the owner or property manager told us that that week there would be major construction on the unit above us. We woke up to a jack hammer above our head early Monday morning that didn’t stop even after we spoke to the men doing the work. This continued for the next two days. We were told by the property manager that they wouldn’t start till 10am the next day but that didn’t happen. It was just disheartening that we spent a lot of money on a vacation that we looked forward to for months just to deal with early morning noise that could’ve been prevented.

This lodging was beautiful and we did our best to keep the place as clean and sand-free as we found it. It was about a 10 minute drive to the beach and there were plenty of beach chairs and supplies available for our use! We did notice that the cost of food/souvenirs/supplies in Waikoloa was significantly higher than prices 30 minutes south in Kona, and almost double what we paid for the same items on Kauai. Other than that, this was a very pleasant place to stay!

Traveled with my kids, 13, 22 & 26. They loved this condo, the location and amenities. The beach access was nice, very short drive away or walk. We went all over the island and the drives were not bad at all.
We really appreciated the outside closet filled with things you’d need for a long day at the beach… boogie boards, chairs, cooler, towels, goggles. It was pretty perfect!
Kitchen had every possible pot/pan needed. Lots of spices.

This is a nice property on in the Waikoloa resort area. Not in the listing, but there is a washer/dryer in the unit. It was clean and well maintained. There was a beach closet with fun items. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

This is one of the nicest VRBO that I’ve stayed in. It is a lovely well appointed condo. They thought of everything; from all the beach gear you could need ( towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, a cooler, and umbrellas) to a beautifully appointed kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. It’s in a great location, a convenient 5-10 minute walk to shops and restaurants.
On top of all of that, the property manager Joe is fabulous to work with.
Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. It made our trip that much better.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home base to explore the Big Island. So much to do within walking distance and literally everything you could possibly need is stocked in this unit. (So many beach supplies and a very well stocked kitchen for cooking.) The property manager was VERY helpful with recommendations and our check-in/check-out needs. We hope we get to come back every year and will gladly stay at this specific unit in the future.

Great location, short walk to A-Bay for sunset and swimming. The condo was in great shape, everything worked well. The patio is great for hanging out and relaxing. There are a few wild turkeys on the golf course that would visit us in the morning. All the amenities of the condo were great including the pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grills, properties were well maintained. Property manager was great to work with, very organized and responsive.

The property was beautifully kept and decorated. Very very clean, we have zero complaints. We enjoyed using the beach equipment. The baby and I spent every morning on the back patio watching the sunrise across the mountains and enjoyed the wildlife in the yard. The manager was easy to work with and get ahold of. If you didn't want to leave the resort everything for a getaway is within walking distance including the beach, stores, and restaurants. We hope to stay here again, it was our most perfect personal rental.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo with our couples friends for our weeklong stay on the Big Island. Condo was the perfect setup for two couples. There was plenty of space to spread out in the living room on those evenings we were tired from our adventures during the day. We used the kitchen quite a bit, especially for breakfast and making lunches to pack for each day we ventured out. The condo is in a great location on the island and pretty centrally located to get to lots of different things to do on the island. Love the Waikoloa resort area and we’ve stayed there before. Lots of restaurants and shops close by, and a perfect location for a stroll over to A-Bay to watch beautiful sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved this condo, everything we needed was stocked and it was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Only problem if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the people above walking around and the master bedroom opens to the golf course and they cut the grass every morning at 6am.

From the moment we walked in we were awed by the cleanliness, layout, amenities and furnishings. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and we wanted for nothing during our stay. The view is gorgeous, all the furniture was exceptionally comfortable including the beds, and the layout of the condo was so convenient and spacious. The kitchen has ample supplies and equipment, lanai closet is loaded with all sorts of beach gear and the washer and dryer made laundry easy.
Every aspect of this condo is perfect with lots of windows to enjoy natural light and views of the golf course and mountains. The location is quite convenient, near the King’s and Queen’s Markets and a Tap House. Many excellent beaches are close by. We wish we had booked this property for a much larger portion of our trip!
