Stayed here in January 2023 with 6 adults. A bit small for 6 adults but we made it work and the views made it all worthwhile. Able to see whales from the patio all day long. Beautiful grounds, turtles right on the beach every day, pool always clean. Management group offered us late check out towards the end of our stay. Fantastic location & would definitely stay again. (forgot to make this review after our visit, leaving it now after the heartbreaking Lahaina fire). This was our first visit to Maui - our thoughts & love to all.

While the location and the views are great (along with all the turtles on the beach), there is much about this condo unit that needs updating, starting with adding A/C. The afternoon sun just bakes this unit and it makes it miserable to be there in the late afternoon/early evenings before the sun sets. The ceiling fans & floor fans were useless, especially for those sleeping in the loft. It stayed hot up there the whole time and my kids were miserable. Also, I feel like this place was sort of a money pit...while the kitchen is well stocked with dishes/cookware, it lacks food storage containers/ziplocs/etc., no cleaning supplies for guests to use, not even any hand soap, so be prepared to purchase those. There was one rusty old beach chair provided so you'll have to rent some if you want them. Also the "shared laundry" is very misleading as it is actually a coin operated laundry mat. For an 8 day stay, that ended up being very pricey. There also needs to be greater attention to cleanliness as the floors and kitchen were filthy upon checking in. And providing some cleaning supplies and a vacuum for guests to use during their stay would be helpful. Long story short, there is much room for improvement in this unit and I hope future guests will have a better stay than we did.

We loved this place, the view was amazing. The condo was spacious big enough for my family of six. They had all the amenities we needed. Only downside is no AC, during the day it pretty humid and fans weren’t enough. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would go back again.

The condo was lovely. The balcony and view are incredible. The pool was refreshing. There is a small beach just a few feet away with dozens of turtles resting on the shore. We had a slight mechanical problem while at the property. The maintainer team was extremely quick and helpful to resolve this issue on a Sunday! Would definitely return.

Everything was available that was needed. the managment was excellent! views are amazing. pool is awesome. took the time to grill for our family and made great converation with other guests staying. we'll be back for sure.

This is one property that has been well kept and has some capital improvements coming in the near future. We would consider owning at Kahana in the future.

We have stayed in this unit 5 times. The view is wonderful. I have to say the unit is becoming very dated and used. In dire need of a new couch and shower head in the upstairs bathroom. The unit is pretty well stocked. They still have the beach chairs we purchased for the unit. Gad others have been able to make use of them. Pool area is wonderful as well. Unfortunately with the rates going up so much I doubt we will return.

we loved the view and the location. Unit does need updating. Looking forward to the 2023 full complex updated. I hope they put in tiki torches by the water and pool for a more Hawaiian feel. We missed the welcome pineapple and other Hawaiian treats as it was a nice touch and warm welcome
