This studio unit has 2 full size beds and will accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, 2 burner cooktop, wine cooler, and other small appliances.
The living area has a large Flat screen Smart TV.

This very convenient location is just a short 5-7 minute walk to famous Waikiki Beaches, shops, entertainment, restaurants, and grocery stores. The Waikiki Aquarium, Kapiolani Park, International Marketplace and the Fort Derussy Army Museum, are close by. The Bus, which stops within a half block, offers transportation to local attractions, downtown Honolulu, Chinatown, Pearl Harbor, Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Aloha Flea Market, Aloha Marketplace, Hanauma Bay, as well as trips around the Island!

Use of the on-site fitness center is available for a $5/stay fee payable to the AOAO.

Walking distance to the beach n other breakfast spots. Parking was ok n it has gone up to $40 per day n not $35 per day.

The place is adequate. If the owner spent $200 on stocking the kitchen with a toaster oven, pasta strainer, blender, can opener, more bowls and plates etc., it would make a great improvement. Other wise, the place was fine.

Overall the property was as described and shown in pictures. However, the sliding patio door is very worn and is very difficult to open/close. The scissors need replacement and one of the plates is cracked. Suggest some small plates to be added. We could have used more than on tea towel. We found the lanai in the morning got pretty hot and we ended up inside where there is only two stools to sit on. It would be nice if there were a couple of chairs to sit on inside. The instructions for the door lock got us into the suite, however we couldn’t figure out how to lock it without some help. “Press the scan button then turn the deadbolt” was the missing clue for us. It’s a great unit at a pretty reasonable price with very nice amenities. The skyline personnel were very helpful and friendly.

Property was as listed on arrival, a bit run down from outside but very clean and upgraded on inside. Would have been nice to have fridge inside in kitchen but was on patio instead. A/C worked adequately but elevators are very very slow, so make sure to allow time for the slow wait for an available elevator. Small general store on 6th floor where laundry and pool/spa were located was an awesome bonus. This little store had everything you could possibly need during your stay. Pool and jacuzzi were very nice and spacious after a long day on the beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location just a few blocks from beach. Highly recommend!

Checkin was a breeze and building had parking for about 35 dollar a day with in/out privileges. The studio had a small bathroom usable though. Cleaned and looks newly renovated. TV has roku so u can watched lots of streams. Closed to the main area of Waikiki. Wish there was more storage space but adequate.

We loved how short and convenient our walk to the beach and main area of Waikiki was. The space was clean and had everything we needed. Only complaints would be how loud the air conditioning was.

This unit was fresh, clean, decorated perfect for Hawaii! Great balcony with nice table and chairs! Comfortable beds. The amenities in the building were great! Shop on 6th floor had everything you could need. The use of 2 boogie boards in room was also a fantastic addition! It appeared we were first guests in this unit. All the towels and linens send brand new (some still with tags). I will say the towels are all rather small (like hand towel size and wash cloth only). Even beach towels were small but completely appropriate for faster drying in the humidity! A few hooks at entry and near mirror would be a great addition to help keep things for drying since bathroom towel rack only holds one towel. Would stay again! Perfect for 2 friends
