My wife and I had stayed in a different unit in this complex previously, this one was by far much more updated and comfortable to stay in. I would highly recommend this spot for your stay. One caution though, the bedroom is on the roadside of the building, so if you’re a light sleeper it may be challenging to sleep in!

Appartement was perfect, clean and easy accessible. Pool and BBQ area really nice. Down side the bedroom is really noisy as it’s right by the street. Bring earplugs to sleep.

The property was as advertised. It was clean, safe, and in a great location for access to Kailua-Kona and the rest of the island. We had to contact the property management a couple of times over the course of our time here and they were immediately responsive to our requests.

Great stay. Condo unit was nicely decorated and very clean. No issues with anything. Pool was very nice but not very warm for a heated pool. This unit was located somewhat close to Alaii street which can be a busy road so traffic noise in the morning woke me up. Walk to downtown area was about 15-20 minutes. In all, we had a very nice stay.
