We had a wonderful stay, everything was in easy walking distance and communication with host was efficient and easy.The issue I had was the booking was for another apartment building and with 2 bathrooms. Unless the Australian definition is different , but this apartment had one bathroom , with shower in one room and toilet in its own room. I thought 2 bathrooms would mean 2 toilets which is what I was expecting.I also assumed penthouse meant top floor , which it was not, it was upper floor , with views of beach , but the building that was in listing Pacific Monarch was the building in front with roof top pool , and we had a smaller pool on bottom level

The location of this room was good, however nothing about the room or building was. The elevators made horrible noises and randomly skipped stops or took a really long time to open the doors. They seemed unsafe and scared my kids. When we entered the room it became obvious that the posted pictures were incredibly misleading. This place is really small so just know that yes, 6 people can sleep there but not much else. Secondly, the furniture is all really old and not great. The one loveseat in the place felt like it could break at any second and the dining table was not any better. We were also disappointed with how dirty a lot of things were. The shower was gross, toilet was dirty, dishes were dirty, and the vents looked like they have mold on them. The WiFi worked sometimes but would buffer a lot when trying to watch a movie or tv. All of that was bad but we were trying not to be ugly and complain….until we found bed bugs! I have never stayed anywhere with this issue and it grossed us out so bad. At that point I sent a message to the owner explaining all my issues. THE NEXT DAY, I had to send a second message and call them because on top of everything, there was no hot water. I finally got a response that simply tried to explain away everything I said. Her response was “I’ve never had bed bugs before”. So, I guess that means the ones we found don’t exist? I have pictures of all of it. So, in the end, we paid almost 4k to stay in a dirty bug infested place for a week.

My family stayed in this condo. I went with 4 other family members. The condo was big enough so everyone had enough room. The beds were comfortable. Only 3 blocks from the beach was very nice. There are lots of permanent food trucks to eat at all around the condo. The host responds very quickly to all questions. I would definitely stay there again on our next trip. Aloha.

Property was roomy for 6 people and is renovated. Quite up to date compared to other places we have stayed in Waikiki. Bonus that toilet and shower are in different bathrooms. To make the property perfect would recommend some beach chairs/umbrellas that work, curtain/blind on the patio door (gets very warm at dinner time), and some better furniture on the Lanai. Would definitely stay here again.

Our 10-day stay in this condo fell far short of expectations due to several issues:-Limited Supplies: Only three garbage bags, one roll of toilet paper, and no toiletries like shampoo or conditioner were provided. We were told to buy our own when we requested more.-Cleanliness Issues: While the condo appeared surface-clean, there were food splatters, hair in the bathroom, garbage left in a closet, and even a previous guest's credit card and hanger under the bed.-Poor Linens: Towels were stained and in poor condition, and a bloodstain on the bed linen indicated it hadn't been washed properly.-Damaged Laundry: The in-unit washer stained our clothes with grease. The host refused to inspect the machine or assist, blaming us instead. Her only action was to let us leave early without penalty.-Elevator Problems: One elevator often broke down or stopped on the wrong floor, which was frustrating for a 22nd-floor unit.-Insufficient Amenities: Only one beach chair was provided, and the primary bedroom curtains were visibly dirty.Positives included the convenient location, free parking, a well-stocked kitchen, and a spacious shower with great water pressure. The pool was nice but unheated.As fellow Vrbo hosts, we understand that issues happen, but the host's lack of accountability and refusal to address problems made this stay extremely disappointing. We cannot recommend this property.

We were so fortunate to secure this lovely penthouse apartment for our family reunion. The accommodation was as shown in the images and beds were cosy and rooms were very quiet. The building is very secure and access to the apartment was seamless. We had all the necessary equipment and we able to prepare great meals and share these with family. Minor maintenance is required but overall, I would highly recommend the apartment, the location and the views to any future guest.

The property has a great view and is within walking distance of plenty of places to eat and the beach. It is right in the middle of the city so be prepared for less Hawai’i and more LA but it’s only a 20-30 min drive to jungles and less packed beaches. And it’s nice to have some night life. There’s a 5 star restaurant right in the property that’s amazing and a very popular Poke place across the street and is worth the wait. All and all great time.

The property had magnificent views. Easy access to beach and numerous eating spots and shopping. In addition to the beach, we enjoyed the salt water pool. One downside is only one shower and a single toilet area a for 4 adults. However since we were all family it worked fine. Dining area got very warm in afternoon due to no door covering on patio door. I would rate 5 star and would definitely stay here again.

Great location for those who want easy access to Waikiki. It was easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants in Waikiki.
Free parking spot was a huge plus. Noise wasn’t an issue for us, maybe if you’re a light sleeper, but it wasn’t a big deal for us.
Note: If you need surfboard storage, check with host or property manager first if storage will be available. We had to scramble to find storage since you CANNOT bring your board in the elevator and the unit is high floor.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect. Very short walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo is has a full kitchen stocked with all you necessities. I would suggest a bigger coffee pot or Keurig coffee maker. There is only 1 toilet but it is separate from the shower room. The shower is amazing. We would absolutely rent this unit again

The property was nicely updated. Bathrooms were clean and the shower was nice. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prep food. The only negatives we had were once we ran out of the 1 roll of toilet paper I asked the host where the replacement roll was and was told they only provide 1 roll. It wasn’t a huge deal but I’ve never had that at a VRBO. Went down to the ABC store and purchased a roll.
We also had baby cockroaches and some other small bugs in the kitchen. The host was very responsive and offered to have pest control come out again even though they had come out a few days earlier. I did not feel the roaches were there because of uncleanliness. I think it was just that time of year.
The communication was great and the host met us when we arrived to hand over the keys.

My family of 5 and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here! nested up on the 23rd floor, you're able to escape the busy streets while enjoying a gorgeous view of Waikiki. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the beach! There are stores and a magnitude of dining selections right below you. Parking was extremely convinient, the elevator is literally right behind the parking spot, and zips you right up to your floor. With three children in tote, I felt extremely safe here. We didn't spend any time at the pool, but we did dip our toes in. The pool area was very clean. The owner of this property does a fantastic job of supplying things you'll need, even folding chairs with backpack straps and umbrellas to take down to the beach. All of the beds are clearly new, because they're SOOO comfortable! The owner was extremely responsive and gave great instruction on checking in. They personally greeted us and showed us up to the condo. I have no complaints whatsoever. If we come back to Waikiki, we will surely be renting this property again!

We have 4 kids so this place was great because it has 3 bedrooms. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach (literally 2 blocks from the beach). Kids also enjoyed the swimming pool. Washer and dryer were inside the condo so that was great as well. Plenty of beach towels and beach equipment provided. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Beautiful view. Kitchen is well stocked. Amazing to have a washer/dryer and a parking spot.
Host was responsive with a few questions we had when on site. Did not respond to a question I had before I left about a parking spot.
Would stay here again . . . if they replaced one of the single beds. There was a huge “divot/hole” in the middle of the mattress. My sister had to put 3 pillows in this “hole” in order to use the bed. I notified the host.

Perfect location with stunning views!! Everything about staying here, from booking to checking in/out was easy! Myself and 4 girlfriends stayed in the condo very comfortably to celebrate my 40th birthday. Condo had everything you could need to prepare your own meals, even came with a small handy cooler to take to the beach! The condo is located two blocks from the beach with tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Pamela and Julia were both amazing and quick to answer any questions we had. I would easily book this location again in the future with no hesitation!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

We were visiting Waikiki to attend the Pearl Harbor Memorial Day Parade and this location was perfect. Walking distance to everything.
Apartment was clean. Shower was amazing. Coffee maker is a little small for more than two people. Only one bathroom for 3 bedroom was a little tight.
We did come back to roaches in the kitchen after being gone all day (apparently It’s a real problem in this area). We contacted the property owner and she offered to refund us if we wanted to leave and sent someone to put out roach bait (2 days later). It was gross but she did what she could in a bad situation. We just made sure to keep all food in the fridge and the problem resolved.

Condo was nice ,, check in was great with good communication.
Listed as two bathrooms .. but do beware there is only one toilet in condo... with 5 people it was a lil inconvenient..
However, yes we would return with no more than 3-4 people next time.
Owner is great and very available. Walking distance to all of Waikiki.

We loved the condo location. Literally a block from the famous Waikiki beach. We started the day by walking to the beach every morning to swim. . One block from moped rentals. A few blocks from the international market, tons of shopping. And tons of restaurants. Best poke in town across the street.. nice size rooms, great kitchen fully stocked. Walmart and target are also blocks away. A fantastic view of the ocean in the front and mountains in the back every morning. Convenient parking. and such nice people in the building. My family loved it !
