Overall this place was great! There were a few minor issues but nothing that would make me not want to come back. The AC drips all over the lanai so there is constantly a puddle out there. We noticed some wet spots on the carpet when we arrived so assumed it was from people going out on the lanai and coming back in. The kitchen was semi adequately stocked with pots and pans but could be a lot better. Some basic pantry items would be nice as all the room had was salt and pepper. The washlet was interesting to use and I got used to having it so now want one at home! There were plenty of towels and the washer/dryer in the unit was very convenient. The dryer does vent into the room though and the washer is very small so you can only do small loads. Still, it was nice to have. We were overall very comfortable in this room. There really isn't a view, which was expected and seems to be reflected in the price. Your view is really of the top level of the parking garage but we didn't get this room for the view. We got it for the price and the amenities. It's a short walk to the beach. There were two beach chairs, some boogie boards, and a broken beach umbrella. We bought a Tommy Bahama beach umbrella from Costco and left it for future guests. I would recommend this property. Property management company, Captain Cook Resorts, was fantastic to deal with!

Great location, great host, the bedroom doors didn’t close well fell off the tracks. Very convenient to have laundry and parking. The washing machine is loud so probably run it while you are out. Over all very good experience.

Location good. Update appliances and kitchen. Vent for dryer should not go into the room. The sliding doors dividing the rooms were not working contacted property manager no response. Poor can opener. Put a shelf where the fake tree is for guests stuff. Also get rid of sliding doors and put heavy duty light blocking curtains. Just as effective. If dryer cannot be changed place a clothing rack in room or place to hang wet clothes on deck.

Overall it’s good has everything we need when travel. If there’s anything that needs improvement is the dryer and water leaking from air conditioner. The indoor laundry is convenient but dryer’s vent doesn’t go outside so all the lint and dust is blown into the room. For me and my children who has allergy, it was very uncomfortable because we kept sneezing and stuffy nose.

This property was a perfect choice for our first visit to the islands. The location is very convenient- my child had no complaints about walking a couple blocks to the beach and loved that it was on the same level as the pool 🙂 We decided to rent a car and having the parking included was another reason why we chose to stay here. But we saw a few bus stops close to the building and it was also very close to several pick up points for tours around the island, which we did a couple times. The unit itself was very clean and having its own washer and dryer was a plus. Byron was a great host. Our inbound flight was delayed almost 4 hours and he was very responsive and helpful with the check-in process. We’d definitely love to go back and stay here again.

This unit was great - very spacious, clean, and loved having 2 beds since staying here with a friend. Location was perfect and the property manager was easy to communicate with. The only negative is if you need somewhere to leave your bags after checkout, you have to bring them to a baggage storage outside the property. Regardless, would definitely stay again!

I work as a home inspector for a living. The toilet leaks it may need a new wax ring or it may be leaking from the connection to the bidet toilet seat. The refrigerator has a bad seal at the Bottom of the refrigerator door and the compressor runs constantly. The key pad at the door was difficult to use and may need fresh batteries. But my biggest complaint was I was not notified that the pool would be closed during my time there. For my kids the whole experience of staying somewhere with a pool is being able to use it.

Was a great little condo. Just what we needed for our Hawaiian getaway. Short walk to the beach. Close to all the shops. Beds were comfortable. Just had problems with the neighbors smoking cigarettes every evening on the patio. We became close friends with the security at the banyan - they helped us out with this, or tried to the best they could. Also the 6th floor tower 2 floor does not have great views. But simple and easy and good communication by the host.

I loved the location of the rental. I was in Waikiki, yet felt quiet and peaceful. Close to food, beach and entertainment. The pool and recreation area was amazing. Nice to have parking too!
