CONS LANI WAS A UNBEARABLE SAUNA if ac was on ( exhaust fan ) you had to chose a cool condo or enjoy lani. Also technical issues lights, outlets, remotes , TVs , bad floors, hard bed pillows, shower, washer leak,

The condo was very well, equipped, from a washer dryer with laundry soap, two boogie boards, beach, chairs, tennis, rackets, and more. The kitchen also had everything that we needed to cook. There were absolutely no issues while we were there, and check in and check out were very simple. The air conditioning worked well, and the furniture was comfortable. The property was very well-maintained, and very clean.

Our view was nice and the pool area was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed that all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance from the Kona Reef. The interior walkway and elevators accessing the units need some attention and the elevator next to the parking garage was very dirty and smelled of diesel fuel. All in all we enjoyed the facility and its location. We will return.

This is our second stay in the last two years. Easy check-in and checkout. The condo was clean and ready. The view to the pool and the waves is outstanding. We watched the fireworks on the 4th and could easily walk to dinner nightly.We will be returning!

Great location, easy walk to restaurants and shops.the condo has a nice view of the ocean.Overall the condo was OK, it does need some updating- the floor is damaged from a previous water leak. the air conditioning did not work when we arrived however, the management company arranged a repair asap.the condo complex itself is nice but has many, many rules that are posted everywhere which did not make the environment feel all that friendly. The pool closes at 10 pm yet maintenance started the process early (while we were still in the hot tub; without warning)- changing the flow direction and filling the tub with cold water!

This condo was a perfect location, close to restaurants and swim start. 15min walk. Condo was well equipped with nice quality kitchen ware. I would definitely recommend this particular unit.

Really enjoyed staying here. Place was just as described online. Really appreciated all the beach things included in the condo, especially the cooler and beach chairs! The only bummer was there was no option to do a slightly early checkin, so we had to wait outside for a bit until 4pm.

This unit was clean and well supplied with all of our beach and apartment needs. The management is very helpful and quick to resolve any issues.
The space had an unusual smell when we arrived, but we were able to air it out. It may have been a cleaner or insecticide. Overall this is a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed this condo. A previous review stated the pull out couch bed was broken. It hasn't been fixed as of our trip despite a request email and assurances that it would be. The front frame legs were bent so it's hard to get in and out every night and has to be raised up in front otherwise our kids would have been sleeping at an angle. I wouldn't recommend anyone other than kids sleep on it as the mattress is pretty thin. The view from the unit is amazing of the ocean and pool. The Air conditioners worked well and were greatly appreciated as it was very warm while we were there. The hot air they blow on the lanai also works well to dry towels and swim suits. The condo is located right next to a good boogie boarding beach (Honls). Centrally located in Kona for adventures all over the island. Be aware that the birds start singing at dawn for about an hr and can be loud. Unit and kitchen was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Loved the beach equipment locker full of boogie boards, snorkel equip, big ice chest with cold blocks for picnics, beach chairs, mats, umbrella, etc. Parking was easy and close. Staff regularly are taking care of the facility. The kids loved the pool. Check in / door code worked flawlessly. Rental Manager checked in via text. Great set up for 2 adults and 2 young kids. Would stay again.

Enjoy your coffee while dolphins off the lanai, listen to the waves crashing, with an unobstructed view of the sunset from the beach. Would stay here again.

The unit had all of the amenities as described and everything was in good condition, though somewhat dated. The view from the balcony was amazing and since the unit is on the top floor of the building, it was very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer and dryer were very helpful. The community grills were clean and worked well. There were a few niggles with the most significant being a broken handle on the refrigerator which the management team could not address during our stay. Speaking of the management team, they were extremely responsive and communicative. The location of the complex is very convenient for going to downtown Kailua-Kona. No need to drive as it is a 5-10 minute walk. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed the condo at Kona reef , good location, had pool, hot tub and bbq and amazing place to see the sunset ! Unfortunately the biggest downfall was the pull out bed was not sleepable:( i asked if they could bring in a substitute of sorts since we needed two beds and i confirmed before booking that they had 2. They would not accommodate us. So unfortunately I barely got any sleep in our 5 day stay, and they offered no help or solutions. But overall good place, kitchen had quite a few supplies nice little welcome basket, laundry in unit, not as updated as someOf the other units but comfortable and balcony and view is where it’s at. Had coffee out there every morning!Pictures are seem accurate - just if booking i wouldn’t count on the pull out bed until it’s fixed :)
