The condo has ceramic tile flooring throughout and walk-in porcelain tiled showers in both bathrooms, with the kitchen counter and master bath vanity tops tiled as well. Kitchen appliances include flat-top electric stove with oven, full-size fridge with ice maker, over-the-counter microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, brand new large capacity washer/dryer. All the ceiling areas have been filled with insulation and faced with 2-ply bamboo. Our condo is located at Sandpiper Village I. The Sandpiper grounds boast beautiful mature landscaping and a recently renovated pool complex with a large tile-bottomed pool plus a good size jacuzzi and two Webber gas grills. My condo is less than a minute walk to the pool complex and about a 3 to 20 minute drive to more than a dozen beaches on the norht shore.

This condo is a great value. Host is responsive and provides clear check-in and check-out instructions. The location is perfect for the north shore, the condo is very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Washer and dryer was a plus, there were plenty of towels, pool and jacuzzi were nice. I saw a few reviews about cleanliness being an issue. That wasn’t the case for us at all. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with there college boys and the condo easily accommodated our group. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The linens were plenty sufficient and the kitchen had all the appliances and dishes we needed. The deck was even well equipped with chairs and tables for our group of five. I love this place! It was perfect for our family. There were six adults and it was very accommodating. The owner was gracious and even brought some stuff for the condo during our stay. The condo location was close to everything and the complex was beautifully kept and quiet. I loved the view of the ocean in the distance and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck early in the morning and late in the evening. The pool area was very well kept and beautiful in its own right. Thank you for a great place to enjoy our visit! Hoping to come back again soon.

Generally a very smooth process. Communication and instructions very good. Great little community and a great location from which to explore the north and east side of island. Some noise from neighbors - nothing intrusive - but only because it’s the Hawaiian way to have open windows and lanai living. After 10 p.m. it is a quiet community. We enjoyed our time at Sandpiper!

We had a great experience staying in this VRBO. We loved the location. So many beautiful beaches, close location to Princeville market and centralized between Hanalei, and Kapa. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances. Was a little dusty but was well worth the price point. owner was super responsive and easy to deal with. Staying here was a pleasure.
