Beautiful lush landscaping teeming with birds. Property was very well maintained by F/T employees. The pool was large, deep and kept spotless. The well placed unit (on property) was large, clean, had a very comfortable bed with everything that one would want on a HI vacay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic condo. Very clean and well cared for property in a great location. The full kitchen is great. Condo exactly as described . The owner is very helpful and responsive. Short walk to the beaches. Short drive to botanical gardens, more beaches, a cave, spouting water attraction, and great restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo is clean and nicely furnished. There was a full supply of cookware, glasses, dishes and utensils. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the ceiling fans helped to keep us cool at night. The shower was clearly recently remodeled and we appreciated the washer dryer. The condo is close to the beach and Koloa and Poipu Beach shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Unfortunately the pool was closed for repairs during our stay. Our hosts were very communicative and responded quickly to messaging. All in all a wonderful stay.

The start of our vacation. One week on Kauai, our first visit to this island. The tropical feel to this island is a sight to see. The “Rooster” is the main attraction as they are everywhere. Great vist to the island and will come back.

Nice quiet location close to the beach. Lots of shopping and great food nearby. The accommodations were nice and clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. Tons of windows to let in the fresh air and breezes. Michelle was great to work with!

We spent five nights here and since we had rain all five days, we spent a lot of time in the villa. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need to cook meals. I was concerned about the lack of AC when booking this unit but having the windows open ended up being a favorite part of our trip. We could sit in the LR and feel like we were outside....hear the roosters crow and the birds chirp and look at the orchid tree and banana trees surrounding the lanai. The complex is small so it's quiet and in a great location. It's a quick walk to the ocean and a quick drive to many nice beaches. There is also shopping and restaurants within an easy walk. I will definitely book here again if I return to Kauai. Also, one more plus is that Michelle is a great host. She quickly answered any questions I had and we chatted multiple times a day.

If you're looking for someplace to stay on the south shore, this is it!! Michelle and Bob's condo is a great location -- walkable to the nearby shops (which we admittedly didn't get to -- too much to do on Kauai!) and walkable to Baby Beach for beautiful sunset views, and only a short drive to a number of other perfect beaches. The lanai is total bliss: tons of space, cutely lit with fairy lights for nighttime enjoyment, with a purple orchid tree that provides privacy and wonderful birdwatchin/birdsong music during the day. The condo is incredibly well-equipped, with pretty much anything you could think of and many things you wouldn't even think of. Outdoor gear, including beach chairs/umbrellas/snorkeling gear? Check! Crockpot? Check! There was a blackout for a couple of hours one night, and did we find an electric Coleman lamp and flashlights in a cupboard? We sure did! The condo has one bedroom/bed, but the couch is a fold-out, and the condo is spacious enough that a family of 4 would easily be comfortable here. It was also spacious and luxurious enough to be a perfect "bridal suite" for our elopement, and the property's greenery provided a backdrop for some of our photos! In short: highly, HIGHLY recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was set up with everything we needed , including kitchen utinsels, bath and beach towels, and new washer dryer set up. Location was great, and we appreciated the quietness of the condo. A home away from home.

Property was very well maintained, spacious, and the grounds were beautiful. The condo was beautifully decorated, and had ample supplies for dining in. The owner/manager was terrific to help us, if we needed something. The only challenge that we had was the noise from surrounding units. Because there is little air conditioning in the complex, people need to have their windows open to catch the cooling breezes from the trade winds. We were awakened at night from people having parties, and crying children, so we had a difficult time getting adequate sleep.

The condo is spacious for 2. The kitchen is well-stocked which is cooking and dining in. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The location is great. Short walk to the beach and to the nearby shopping/dining area. We can highly recommend the condo for a wonderful Poipu vacation.

We loved our time here! The place was very spacious and so comfortable with everything you could want. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was very spacious. We loved spending every morning and evening on lanai. Landscaping on property is so tropical. We loved the location and walked to shops and beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Waikomo StreamVillas are set in a beautiful garden setting, walking distance to shopping, and great restaurants, coastal walks, swimming, snorkeling, beaches with fabulous sunsets. It was a beautiful location in the sunny south. Condo had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. We had an amazing stay here. While it rained most of our stay the close proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy it between storms with only a short walk back in the rain once the next cloud rolled in. The condo was very clean, easy to access, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook as if we were at home, which was important given many restaurants were closed for the holidays while we were visiting. The directions for everything was so clearly outlined we never had questions, they even provided information on how to turn on/off ceiling fans! There was no fumbling around when we arrived for the first night rather late in the evening as we already knew where keys/switches/etc were from the thorough email provided ahead of time. This was our first experience with VRBO and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Kauai.

My wife and I stayed for 21 fun days at this great condo. On arrival we were greeted with a clean and fresh home with a bottle of champagne to welcome us in! This was the nicest and best equipped place we have stayed. From the fully supplied kitchen to the front closet with everything we needed for beach and relaxation. We felt completely at home from the first day. The king bed was very comfy, washer and dryer handy to keep our clothes to a minimum, bathroom roomy enough for the both of us and we enjoyed an evening nightcap on the Lanai in the incredible weather every night. The garden grounds are a green paradise and it is a very short walk to the ocean’s edge where we could sit and enjoy the turtles surfing in the waves.
Every day it was easy to just pick up and go for a day of hiking, shopping, golfing or lazing at one of the dozens of beaches around the island. The condo location is perfect to walk for a morning coffee at Lamperts at the Kukui’ula Village shopping center which also has many shops and great restaurants for an evening meal. It is also an easy walk to the Poipu Shopping Village and Poipu Beach.
Check in and checkout was a breeze, the WIFI flawless and we enjoyed several movies on the new DVD player. The owners, Michelle and Bill were quick to respond to any queries we had and offered ideas for shopping markets etc. We will be back for sure, no need to look for other accommodations as this place would be hard to top for us. Mahalo again to Michelle for getting it ready for us and making all the planning seamless!!

My husband and I made this trip to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We have stayed in several Kauai locations, and we have found our home away from home! The condo is perfect, so comfortable and spotlessly clean. Michelle & Bill have provided everything you could possibly need. As a cook, I appreciated the brand new kitchen with every tool and appliance needed to make most of our own meals. We shopped at Costco and every farmer's market we could find. The one at the Kukui'ula mall was fantastic! At home we do garden design and pond installations, so we really loved the grounds around the condo. Just gorgeous, as Michelle promised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is very charming and fantastic value. We loved the large balcony and the surrounding gardens. We struggled with the fact that we were not on the ocean but as soon as we got there we were happy with our choice. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony and the beach was only a quick walk/short drive away. You are close to good restaurants, all major beaches and have access to any beach accessories that you could want including a beginner surf board. Mihalo for a great stay.

Our stay in this condo was very nice. The condo is spacious and came stocked with information about the surrounding restaurants and activities. It was also nice to have a fully stocked kitchen if we had decided to use it!!! The check-in and check-out process was very smooth which makes things nice when you have a ton of other things to worry about. The grounds are very lush and green and the pool was nice too to just relax in. Having a hot tub would have been nice, but nonetheless, it was very nice. Only thing I would have liked to been aware of was the roosters at 6am and the construction in the unit below us at 8am. Makes it hard to sleep in after a night out.

This is a wonderful property and we really enjoyed our stay . Our hosts had everything in order and the communications were excellent. We enjoyed several nice dinners and evenings on their very private deck among the beautiful trees. The condo furnishings were great and had everything we needed. My husband and I stayed there for 10 days in mid-July 2013. We both really liked the place. Felt like home the very first minute. Very comfortable (especially the king-size bed), well-equipped, well situated. The condo had everything we needed and more. I really liked the quiet and welcoming energy of the condo and of the Waikimo Stream Villas as a whole. The gardens are as awesome as all the gardens of Kauaii. Thanks to Michelle and Bill, our questions about the condo, restaurants, places to visit, what not to miss on the island were all answered with great care. I would not hesitate one second to recommand this place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet and good quality place to stay in Kauaii.

We stayed for our long overdue honeymoon for 8 nights. The condo was perfect, the amenities were used daily, and we enjoyed breakfast on the lanai everyday. Michelle made sure we had champagne and fresh flowers which set the tone for a great trip. Make sure you walk down to the sea wall and enjoy the sunset and turtles, with a bit of take out from Savage Shrimp! Thanks for sharing your home! We will be moving to Kauai soon....mahalo!!!

Location was perfect; we had a rehearsal dinner and a wedding all within walking distances. There are no assigned parking spaces but at the times we were visiting parking was plentiful.
The kitchen while a little old was fully stocked even with aluminum foil, zip lock baggies, Tupperware and seasonings too. Michelle mentioned that they will be remodeling the kitchen this coming August which will be welcomed but not necessarily needed. The condo also had beach chairs, a surf board, boogie boards, coolers and snorkeling gear which we used many times. The bed was very comfortable, not like a normal hotel bed, not too soft and not too hard. The washer and dryer were a godsend and we are so glad that was included. There was no AC but we never felt that we needed or even wanted it. The ceiling fans work very well and kept a nice breeze in each room.
We met the groundskeeper, who was very nice, and got fresh picked bananas from the grounds! They were delicious.
Overall the condo was extremely comfortable and perfect for our little vacation.

Perfect little condo for the both of us. The layout is also really nice. There was no AC, but there was always a breeze and never felt like it was too hot. The lanai (balcony) was awesome for all of our meals and chill out times with a few drinks. It felt very private because of all the trees and plants and at the same time we got tons of sun coming in the windows. Having the laundry in-unit was very convenient, we had access to wifi which worked fine.
