Beautiful and very well appointed unit. Grounds are extremely well maintained, though very dark at night. Poipu Beach was only a few minute drive away.

We usually stay in Pili when we come home to visit. Nice community and easy to get to family. Everyone is nice who work here and the neighborhood is quite by 8pm which is great.

The space was perfect for our vacation - close to beaches and everything else in Poipu. We had 3 couples staying there and each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The house had everything we needed and everything felt new, modern, but also cozy.

I almost don't want to write a review and give away this gem. Perfect spot for a family of 4 on a week long trip, although we felt settled in enough to stay even longer. The onsite host was super nice and responsive and you'll have everything you need to cook there or order in. Close proximity to the pool which is very useful with kids. You aren't more than 1 or 2 miles from any shopping or beaches and easy access to Koloa and Lihu'e or Port Allen/Hanapepe for boating expeditions. Everything a little better than advertised IMHO.

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this condo, which was spacious and met our needs as a multi-generational family. It was very nice that each bedroom (with comfortable beds) had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook excellent meals. The property was quiet (except for the roosters, but it's Kauai, so that's something you can't get away from!), parking was easy, and the location was convenient to everything in Poipu. We could easily walk to the shopping center down the street as well as walk a little further to Kiahuna Beach. It was very nice to have access to beach equipment too. Great property and we hope to be back!

We stayed at Pili Mai 5D on the not so sunny (While we were there) south side. We loved the layout and being on the 1st floor so the grandchildren could go run around on the grass. We were also able to check in early which when traveling so far is nice. My only complaints were: the pool was really cold and there was not a direct link to the sidewalk 50 feet from the back door. You had to meander down the hill on the road and then out to the main road and then up the hill again.

We were two couples sharing this beautiful home for two weeks in January and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was huge with a very large central island. The appliances were wonderful and they all worked great. Both king sized bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds and bedding and ample storage for all of our needs. It was nice that both king bedrooms were at opposite ends of the house. There were plenty of hangers in each of the closets as well as shoe racks. Each of the 3 bathrooms were supplied with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap, as well as 4 sets of bath towels, hand towels and facecloths. There were also hair dryers in each bathroom. We were given an ample supply of toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels. There were tv’s in all of the bedrooms and one in the living area. We only used the one in the living room (too much other stuff to do) and it worked great. The outdoor patio had comfortable patio furniture and a table with 4 chairs. It also had a resident rooster who frequently dropped by and we named him Dennis. It was about a 2 minute walk to the pool and about a 5 to 10 minute drive to the closest beach. We never had a problem getting a chair at the pool but it was usually busy during the afternoons. There were Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as some beach toys. We did almost all of our own cooking and bought most of our groceries from Costco and Safeway in Lihue. There were a couple of grocery stores closer to home so if we needed last minute items, it wasn’t too far to drive to pick them up. There were a few restaurants that were a couple of minutes drive away from the home but they were hard to get into as they didn’t take reservations. We especially loved that there were no restraints placed on the air conditioning and we were able to adjust it with ease. It worked great.

This condo had everything we wanted in a place to stay for a week in Poipu Kauai with 4 adults and 2 little kids...lots of space for the kids to play in. We loved our morning visitors each day (several roosters, hens and chick's, beautiful birds, geckos, etc.). The property is well maintained.
Clearer instructions about parking (you cannot park in the garage nor can you park right outside of the garage due to the way all other nearby cars have to mauever their parking), but there is one parking spot for this unit around the corner of the building. If you have 2nd car, it needs to be parked on the little street down below this complex area (there is a short hill to get to it and is a very short walk).
There are 6 short Beach chairs available to you, a cooler, 2 noodles, and a beach umbrella (also some boogie boards).
We would definitely come back to this particular unit in the future.

Everything was nice. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It was clean and ready to go when they said it would be. We had a small issue with the wifi and our Hawaii life concierge took care of it. The pool and grill areas were nice. Location was excellent for that side of the island.

The condo is very well taken care of. The location is perfect if you want a little peace and quite in the evenings, but still close enough to enjoy the beach of a sunset. If there is any complaint it’s the pillows. All in all, it was the perfect accommodations for the three couples we had there.

It was spacious, well-equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed except food and drinks. Fridge was empty and sparkling clean (appreciated not having someone's leftover catsup and salad dressing).
There was room to spread out and not ever feel confined. Just outside the living area was a nice patio with comfortable seating. If only someone would get rid of all the roosters!
Everyone liked their beds.
