Hololani (which is Hawaiian for “Heaven”) is an oceanfront condominium resort located in Kahana, an area on the western shores of Maui. Guest amenities include a free assigned parking spot, a heated ocean front pool, and BBQ area. Hololani does not charge any resort fees and is within walking distance to several beaches, shops and restaurants. Hololani B502 does not have A/C, is a 2-bedroom- 2-bath condo located on the 5th floor, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Hololani offers their guests elevator access, so getting to this 5th floor condo is easy. This spacious condo has been wonderfully remodeled with tile floor and modern Hawaiian décor. The front bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and wonderful ocean views from its ocean front lanai. The bathroom is just steps away, bright and airy featuring a large walk in shower.

​​​​​​​The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The living area provides additional sleeping with a Queen sleeper sofa. The condo includes a washer and dryer and ceiling fans in every room.

Enjoy preparing food in a fully equipped, full size kitchen. Then choose to eat indoors at a dining table or out on the large lanai while you can watch turtles and whales frolic in the waves below you. The lanai offers incredible views of the Pacific Ocean and the neighboring island of Molokai in the distance, making it the perfect place to admire the ocean with a cool tropical drink!

Trash and Recycling:
Trash and recycling trucks will not be able to reach the bins below B building. Starting Friday, July 14th, all B building trash chutes will be locked and trash will need to be transported to a dumpster located in the parking lot. A-Building trash chutes are unaffected and will remain open, and all recycling will be available in the A building garage.

Condo was very clean and has had a lot of work done on it to upgrade it over the past few months. Great view, saw Spinner Dolphins and Turtles playing in the water while sitting on the Lanai. Was looking for the first Whale sighting, but unfortunately was still a little too early. Great communication from the My Perfect Stays team!

Our entire trip and stay was perfect. Every morning had coffee on the balcony and watched the whales and turtles. The condo had everything we needed, grills and pool kept spotless and when we asked questions the rental company very quickly answered me. Met other guests that have stayed at this place several times, and would do the same.

We had a great experience in B502. The listing was accurate and the check in process was easy. The property, overall, and the condo were clean. There is a wonderful view from the condo balcony. The only thing we didn’t love, is that there is no air conditioning, but that is common in the area. There were plenty of fans, both ceiling and free standing, to use, though.

Great stay! The only bummer was that there was not an easy way to get to the beach. We had to walk down sandbags, which was fine for all of us but my 75 year old mother-in-law. Otherwise it was great!!

We loved the location, the fantastic view, listening to the waves, watching whales from the lanai. Everything was very clean and everything well maintained except the door locks. Issues of concern - Front door screen locking: we would advise anyone from trying to use the screen door lock - at times VERY difficult to unlock once locked - it took 15 minutes of fidgeting before we realized significant force is needed to push up / down to make it operate –faulty operation of this security lock will impede safe emergency exit and – as such - is a serious safety flaw Living room glass door to lanai does not lock satisfactorily. From both latch positions we could easily pull the door open – can be done from both inside and outside. If we were seriously concerned about possible break-in from lanai we would not have stayed there without repairs being completed. The glass door from the second bedroom to the 5th floor exterior public corridor did not have any means (example, a broom handle) to restrict the opening width to mere inches that would impede possible break-in / entry from the public corridor if the glass door was left open to allow cross ventilation through the screen door which did not have a lock. The blinds on the lanai doors to the master bedroom were not able to fully opened to enjoy the wonderful view because the hinges on the blinds for that lanai door did not work.
