We were supposed to camp at Hosmer grove the night before checkin but the Kona storm had other ideas. Luckily we were able to check in a day early. The women I spoke to at the property management company was so helpful in accommodating us.

The property was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable and contained everything we needed, like pots and pans for cooking meals ourselves, beach chairs and some snorkeling equipment. The location was great--close to shopping, restaurants, numerous parks and beaches. Right across the street was a beach where green sea turtles came to rest at night. The property management was also very responsive. The AC happened to stop working, and they sent someone shortly after I talked to them. The unit was replaced and we had working AC again in a few hours.

My husband and I would stay again. We needed somewhere that was clean and simple, central to hiking opportunities, and stocked with beach chairs/towels. This checked all of those boxes and we had a wonderful first trip to Maui. I enjoyed running along the sidewalks on the street of this condo in the mornings. Mahalo!

Loved our stay in this great sized room with good layout and shelving space. Yes the air con and fan were noisy but understand that all places with these types of air con units do sound like that. Bed was a little soft for my liking but no complaints. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Clean and comfortable place to rest and relax. The beach chairs provided were appreciated. This location was great as it was close to many restaurants and we found it easy to drive to Road to Hana and Haleakala. The Whale Sanctuary and beach was also across the street. When we visit, we will not hesitate to book again!

Well appointed unit. Easy access to restaurants & some wonderful bakeries. It was just aggravating that I overlooked that it’s on 2nd floor & we had carry our suitcases upstairs. I have a bad back & would have selected a unit on first floor or with elevator.

The unit was accurately depicted in pics. Fully stocked with mini kitchen and full refrigerator with coffee appliances. Very clean inside but the grounds were a little old and run down but didn't bother us. Location is a little off the beaten path but that didn't bother us as there are miles of beaches just across the street. My friend and I and our adult children rented 3 units total. They all vale equipted with snorkle gear, beach chairs and beach towels. The thing I would say was the best was the location. It's close to everything food stores, food trucks, a nice little swapmeat with excellent prices, restaurants, the very best shaved ice, and it's right across from a beautiful beach were we got to see huge turtles. The onsite parking is very convinient.

This place was a perfect landing pad for the last part of our trip to Maui; it’s across the street from a lovely beach/park and in a great location to get to lots of other beaches/attractions.
They use a different app for access (called Hospitality) and info about the condo which I didn’t love, I prefer to keep it simple and just use one app.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Vermietungsagentur sowie die Lage in Ordnung.Jedoch war die Ausstattung des Appartements bereits in die Jahre gekommen:Die Balkonmöbel sind sehr abgewohnt, auch die Küche ist schon älter, der Schrank im Flur und das Licht waren kaputt, das schmale Bett war sehr durchgelegen und wackelig. Was auch gegen erholsamen Schlaf gesprochen hat, war die extrem laute Klimaanlage. Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.Location and management company were alright.Because of the old and/or not working funiture/amenities we can not recommend this place.We could not get enough sleep because of the old bed and the very loud air conditioning.

It's nothing fancy, but it's in a great location, it's clean, and it's got a bed. Perfect place for someone looking to explore the island and just have a place to sleep with a few amenities. Also, if you follow the house rules you won't get bugs (see people talking about bugs in the reviews, but I saw nothing so seems like user error).

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at this accommodation! Great location close to main road ways and the beach! The unit had all we needed to prepare meals and the AC worked great to help cool off the place at night. The keyless entry and passcode system was absolutely seamless! while overall the location, place was great, 2 - things stick out. 1- some dishes were not clean.2- the BIGGEST negative is the wifi was HORRIBLE. Continuously dropped, not matter when logged in and I do mean CONTINUOUSLY.

This was such a great, central location! We were able to easily drive all over Maui from this spot in Kihei. We were really close to some popular beaches, and other spots were anywhere from 30-60 minutes away. You’re close to restaurants too!
The place itself has a lot to offer. There were plenty of kitchen supplies to make a quick meal. The bathroom had some basic supplies. There were beach towels and chairs to use. I can’t say it was overly spacious for three people, but it was totally fine because we didn’t spend much time there. We took advantage of time outside with the beautiful weather!
Overall, we would definitely recommend this location. It’s a good value for the price, especially for its location. You’re in a quiet and safe neighborhood too!
