Lovely condo that is well equipped with everything a person might need. It is conveniently located for beaches, walking trails, restaurants and golf. The Wailea golf courses are an hour away but well worth the drive, Especially the Emerald and Gold courses.

The hosts of this property thought of everything! The villa was incredibly well stocked and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was timely and thorough. A great jumping off point for activities on the northwest side of the island!

We had a wonderful stay here! The property was as described and very comfortable for our little family. The shuttle makes the beach accessible, the hotels offer great (albeit pricey) food and gift shop options. If you have young children, be careful on the stairs, and bring small bills to tip the shuttle drivers. We would happily return!

Since I used to live in Maui for 7 years. I knew if I go back to visit and see my Ohana that I would only stay in Kapalua. My stay here in this condo exceed my expectation. It is so clean, quite, had the perfect location on the corner plus the views is spectacular. The staff and the owner was very accomodating. The place had everything you need like beach chairs, cooler and the kitchen was fully stocked with the touch of cookies, chips etc...Mahalo Nui Loa, Lucia and VinceBTW... we are definitely would love to come back at this place.

The location and property is absolutely beautiful. The home had everything as advertised. There was not one thing I wanted or needed during our four day stay. The view of the ocean is incredible and the sunsets are stunning. I live on the coast in Oregon and I was skeptical of whether we'd be close enough to view the ocean and whales in Hawaii. We saw so many whales that we lost count. You can see the large splashes from home and deck and I used the binoculars for a closer look. We even cancelled dinner reservations to cook and eat at home. Enjoyed every minute! I should clarify that I wanted down time, to do nothing but relax and enjoy the warm weather. The property is quiet, we barely saw anyone unless we drove off the property or to the beach. That's what we wanted. While there was plenty to do and see within minutes, if you're looking for nightlife and lots of people, this might not be your thing. Would 100% recommend this VRBO location to anyone who wants peace and relaxation away from the busy grind of life. Thank you, it was my perfect retirement gift to myself.

Great experience at Kapalua Golf Villa 24T1. Quiet beautiful setting that is close to the beach and many restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful patio for watching sunsets/sunrise and the ocean! Enjoyed the pool. Excellent communication for check in and questions during the stay.

This was our second stay in this unit. The owners had improved the amenities of this well stocked unit as well as adding automatic blinds throughout. Each morning we were blessed with a light rain, at least one rainbow, and lovely views on the lanai for our coffee and breakfast. The resident geckos joined us s well. We chose to eat in a bit more this time and it is so wonderful and convenient to have such a well thought out kitchen for all your cooking needs and the more than basic supplies that will satisfy any culinary desires. New beach chairs, towels, coolers, binoculars, and super comfy robes to wear around the unit. The bedroom has a panoramic view of the golf course and the ocean which is to die for. The bed and pillows will make you want to order a new bedroom set. We slept so well again. Knowing the location better made it even simple this year as we literally are within walking distance or the shuttle to Kapalua bay. We look forward to staying again real soon. Mahalo.

Location was great! Loved the walking trails by the beach and easily accessible amenities (shopping, dining, golf, etc). Only problem was noise…two fold: neighbor below had a faulty AC unit that vibrated constantly and next door neighbor had sub woofers that caused loud echoey sounds every night through our walls. Security was called but I guess he refused to remedy as it never stopped. Rather distracting! Wouldn’t rent this unit again.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was spotless and equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Great location close to Kapalua beach, and Kapalua coastal trail. The grounds are beautiful and pools were great. There are also many restaurant choices within the property. Our favorite thing was the walk-up crepe and coffee stand at the Pour House and coffee from the Honaloa store. The only bad thing I can say about this condo was the neighbors. They blared their TV SO LOUD every night that it was literally rattling our walls until late at night. Even with 2 fans and a sound machine at full volume it kept me up every night. If it wasn’t for their inconsiderate behavior our stay would of been perfect!

The unit is absolutely amazing, it is exactly as pictured! The mattress, pillows and linen were all positively divine! I would even dare to say, I slept even better in Maui than I do at home. The unit is also very well appointed, with almost everything you’ll need for your stay, from rainy weather to a beach day they’ve got it covered. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with pot, pans, dishes, appliances and everything you’ll possibly need to prepare a meal on the stove or grill. I can’t say enough about this place. It was wonderful and if I’m ever back in Maui, I’ll be booking it again!

Enjoyed the location and views from the lanai. Condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Mattress was very comfortable if too high for a shorter person. Chairs on the lanai are comfortable. The blinds are flimsy and hard to work. The slider door to lanai did not close and the screen constantly came off its track. Upstairs needs some louvered windows on ocean side for cross ventilation or at least 2 windows with screens that open(all ocean side windows were inoperable). The condo overall was in good shape, clean and with good amenities. We enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular view! We very much enjoyed our stay in the Kapalua area. The condo was nice, it’s close to trails and restaurants, and the view was amazing. The condo was well stocked, and we had everything we needed. My only negative comment would be that the blinds, especially upstairs, need to be totally replaced as several do not even close all the way which isn’t the best situation in the master bedroom. Other than that, things seemed well-maintained, and we would definitely recommend the property. Thanks for sharing the property!

This golf villa is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful view and inside is beautifully furnished and comfortable. It’s exactly as shown in pictures. Extremely clean and kitchen is beautiful and very organized and has everything you could possibly need. Management company was extremely nice and thoughtful and easy to contact. The only issue at all were the window coverings....signs everywhere saying be careful they are fragile. They were also extremely hard to pull up and down and some in bedroom especially wouldn’t come down all the way to cover windows at all. In spite of that, We would definitely recommend this property. And we would stay here again.

This property is outstanding. World class view from the lanai. The property looked exactly like the photos. Quiet luxury close to everything. We stayed about two weeks and could have stayed for months. We rated a five and our only constructive comments were that some of the blinds need replaced. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved seeing the Pacific from early morning until sunset. Even then the full moon shining on the water was amazing. Played both golf courses, whale watching, hiking, excellent meals at Taverna and Fond.

We spent days at the beach, hikes, and pools. On the deck/patio in the mornings and evenings we saw whales, rainbows and beautiful sunsets. Comfortable beds, easy access to everything.
