Our stay was perfect! My wife researched our stay and came across this property. Fantastic price!! The condo was well furnished, very clean and updated. It was also supplied with great beach chairs and umbrellas. Both beds were comfortable, even the Murphy bed. The condo complex was very quiet, well kept and had multiple tennis courts and pools we enjoyed.
We loved the location, right across from Charlie Young Beach and near Kamaole beaches, a 5 minute walk to restaurants and the ABC store.
We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

Our stay was perfect! My wife researched our stay and came across this property. Fantastic price!! The condo was well furnished, very clean and updated. It was also supplied with great beach chairs and umbrellas. Both beds were comfortable, even the Murphy bed. The condo complex was very quiet, well kept and had multiple tennis courts and pools we enjoyed.
We loved the location, right across from Charlie Young Beach and near Kamaole beaches, a 5 minute walk to restaurants and the ABC store.
We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

A nonstick fry pan would be helpful Towels were great. Would be nice to have instructions for the TV and a few tips about its use. Washer and dryer were excellent. Bed a bit uncomfortable but not really bad as well as couch as it's better for taller people. Vacuum cleaner was used a lot due to some ash or something in the air from the volcano. Nice breeze comes through in the evening so air conditioner wasn't needed much

The condo was quite dark and some of the furnishings could use an upgrade. The air conditioners worked fine as well as the washer and dryer but they were all extremely noisy.The other thing we noticed was that the closets and night tables could use decluttering.
This condo was good value for the price but we would probably not rent it again as we prefer a building 2 location closer to the beach. We also would be looking for a unit with newer furniture and more current decor.

One one morning we were paid a visit by a particularly rude property manager demanding to enter the property with several tradespeople for an "inspection" of some kind. She was completely unwilling to take no for an answer and eventually we allowed her to enter. This was rather uncomfortable and an invasion of our privacy.

The main reason for booking this condo is location - situated across the street from our favourite beach (Charley Young). Rentals Maui staff were very punctual in responses to emails and were nicely accommodating when we had to adjust the dates. The furniture is ok - main bed and Murphy are hard, lanai chairs are not the most comfortable and the bar stools are sagging/worn out. The beach equipment is a nice touch though it has also seen better days and would benefit from replacing soon. Overall a decently good stay for the price!

We were there for 3 weeks. Overall, it was a great place to stay as we were really only there to sleep and eat. A bit closer attention could be made to bring this unit more up to date.The good: Beautifully well kept area. Outside grounds and pool area were impeccable. Suite was a nice size and well appointed (dishes, cutlery, bbq tools, pots, pans, glassware). Plenty of towels for beach and pool use). Air conditioning was adequate albeit very loud.The not so good: The promo picture with the chairs on the patio looks very inviting, in reality those are the two most uncomfortable chairs there are and some thought to replacing them with something you can actually sit in and enjoy a coffee would be a great idea. The expectation to sweep and vacuum the property during stay and checkout is very reasonable but the broom and vacuum were so worn out they were pretty much useless. On first glance there appeared to be a well stocked cupboard full of beach items but when we went to use them, two of the four beach chairs were unusable, the other two were on their last legs, the beach umbrella was completely trashed so we bought a new one and left it for future guests. I would suggest that none of these items are being checked between guests. Washer and dryer work ok but seem unlooked after. Fridge works but door seal needs replacing. Vents in the shower were filthy and don't appear to be cleaned as needed.

This place was just alright. Nothing outstanding but also nothing bad. They were installing a dish washer during our stay which was a bit weird to have a giant dish washer box in the living room for 2 days and then a maintenance man working around us on day 3. Odds of having that happen on your trip are slim (I hope).

It was as described and walking distance to everything which was what we wanted since we did not rent a car. Place was clean and it was great to have access to the beach chairs and mats - very quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Maui Vista #3218 was clean and updated. Probably one of the most updated unit we’ve rented in this condo. Super clean! Great kitchen and bath. The only thing the unit needs a newer beach umbrella, current one has seen better days.

Great location for this 1-bed / 1-bath fully-stocked condo. Some of the supplies could be updated as they are showing their age. The unit could also use a really good deep clean. Grounds staff were great and nice and close to the pool and tennis courts.

Great spot, 5 minute walk from Charley Young beach. No major issues with this unit but a few minor ones. The kerig coffee maker leaks when filled with water. Not a big problem to use the drip coffee maker instead. Bed is not that comfortable. That said I'd have no problem renting this unit again.
