We stayed at this property over Christmas. The property was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 5. The pull out beds in the living room were very comfortable for my teenagers.
The view from the large balcony was beautiful. We spent many mornings drinking our coffee and watching the sunrise. The host had many beach items (chairs, towels, shovels, umbrella, cooler) for our use. He was very responsive to any questions we had and was very helpful with suggestions for fun things to do!
The location was so convenient with a lovely shopping centre within walking distance. We would not hesitate to book here again or recommend it to friends!

We loved our stay! The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed! Both pools onsite were really nice and fun!
Most days we'd either swim in the pools onsite or walk down the hill and rent a little roadside Hawaii Bike and ride to the beach or into town.
The grocery store is a 5 minute walk, so it was easy to run up there to get whatever we needed!
We also golfed at the course that runs through the condos and it was AWESOME! I recommend!
It was fun and easy to stay there! Brian the host was great!

We loved our stay! The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed! Both pools onsite were really nice and fun!
Most days we'd either swim in the pools onsite or walk down the hill and rent a little roadside Hawaii Bike and ride to the beach or into town.
The grocery store is a 5 minute walk, so it was easy to run up there to get whatever we needed!
We also golfed at the course that runs through the condos and it was AWESOME! I recommend!
It was fun and easy to stay there! Brian the host was great!

We had a fantastic time! Staying at Brian's place was so easy. He had everything we could possibly need stocked. There were plenty of towels, linens, etc. and beach toys/activities. The beds were huge and comfortable, and the 2 sleeper sofas also made things easy for 5 adults.
He also had some great suggestions on things to do while visiting and places to eat.
I would definitely recommend staying here. If we go back to the big island, I would absolutely book again.

We were wowed by the spacious living areas, the overall elegance and large lanai, with trunk of beach/pool items and wide view of the golf course. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked perfectly. Things we figured out (without any instruction book): turning on the 2nd stove burner (turn it all the way around before setting), set the patio fans (from the box on the wall), and turn on dishwasher (from a switch UNDER the sink). This was our second time at this property and we love it! Large, clean, quiet and equipped with everything you need...And I mean everything! The kitchen is great, the bedrooms so spacious and the two bathrooms are a huge plus! The location is amazing. There is a Plaza just 5 minutes walk from the resort where you can find great restaurants, a big supermarket and even a movie theatre! This is truly a 5 stars property in a 5 stars location with a 5 stars host. Brian is super friendly and attentive, very professional and responsive.
If you are looking for a perfect base to explore this beautiful side of the island don't miss this place!!!

The condo was very spacious and clean. Great and quite location. The pool was just across the street so we didn’t have to walk that much. The views from the balcony were amazing you were able to see the sunset and the ocean. Kitchen was very spacious and the ac worked well. Beach equipment and a grill was available to use. Liked that the couches turned into sofa beds. I appreciated that Brian allowed for a late check out.

We had an awesome stay in this condo. It is very spacious and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The patio is very large and overlooks the pristine golf course. The unit is right across from the adult/ relaxation pool which was perfect. The grounds are gorgeous and it is a short 10 minute drive to downtown Kona. The kitchen is well stocked and we had all the comforts of home. Brian was a fantastic host; he was super accommodating and responded quickly to our emails. We couldn’t ask for anything more and will definitely stay here again.

Kitchen is amazing, the two bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. The living room area and the lanai are amazing with view of the ocean and so much space to move around. Three beautiful flat tv sets, plenty of towels and parking space in front of the condo were a great plus. The other crucial thing is the location: the Kona Coast Resort is safe and minutes walking distance from markets, restaurants abd other essential services. And, with a short drive, you can reach fantastic sites like Spencer park. One last thing: Brian was the most responsive host I ever had and I work as a manager for Hyatt and travel a lot. Superb customer service.
We will be back next year!

AC worked wonderful! Beautiful sunset views from the front of the condo and very beautiful scenery from the Lanai. Check in was easy. We didn’t have any contact with the host during our stay but it wasn’t needed because everything was pretty straight forward and well explained in the email prior to check in. Only 10 min drive from Kona’s downtown strip, nice shopping center across the road, and you get the home away from home feeling but still get the island vibes! I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the property was wonderful. There were plenty of supplies to last the week that we stayed and everything was clean and well maintained. My only two complaints (and they're not really complaints) would be that the water pressure in the shower was pretty low and the walk to the beach, though walkable, is on a busy road with some of it not having a sidewalk. It is best to drive down to the beach instead of trying to walk.

It is roomy and comfortable with great amenities and close to shops and restaurants. The pool, hot tub, and the BBQ were added bonuses. We will definitely plan another trip and stay again.

Great condo in Keauhou. Clean, great ac, and comfortable. Nicer than many of the condos in the Kona area. The refrigerator was stocked with many condiments and there was coffee for the morning. The only downside is there in no elevator and taking 5 suitcases up the stairs was not fun. I have a hip injury and had to depend on the friend traveling with me to get all of the suitcases. If you need an elevator this will not be the place for you. Otherwise, it is a great condo and I would stay again once I am fully healed. Also, note the bed in the master bedroom is super high off the ground. I could not stay in the master bedroom as it could cause further injury to my hip with such a high bed to get in and out of. The guest room is comfortable with a bathroom attached.

We were very happy with our accommodations. It was close to the market, restaurants and beaches. There was a pool & hot tub on the facilities as well as other amenities. We prepared & ate breakfast in the condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. Dining in or on the lanai made our meals enjoyable.

The condo is very comfortable and can easily accommodate two couples. Its Keauhou location gave us quick and easy access to Captain Cook, and Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park (a place of refuge)
And after a very interesting Greenwell Farms Coffee Plantation tour (with plenty of quality Kona coffees to savor!) we powered up at the iconic Hotel Manago Cafe enjoying its wonderful pork chop lunch.
The condo’s proximity to Keauhou Shopping Center is an asset for groceries, shopping and dining, We also enjoyed the large, well-equipped lanai.
We very much appreciated Brian’s clear and concise check-in instructions.
The condo is an ideal base to explore the Big island’s “Kona side” . Mahalo nui!~
