The Condo is amazing! Great location! 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The accommodation worked great for two couples. The condo is very clean. Check-in is super easy, received an email with every step in detail and check-out was even easier.

The condo was very clean, spacious, and featured two lovely lanais which we took advantage of to enjoy breakfast in nature. Well-appointed kitchen with quality utensils and paper products made it easy to make meals at the condo.
Beach gear (e.g., body board, beach towels, lawn chairs) was available and appreciated. You will have everything you need to enjoy a lovely vacation!
Just a word of caution: The floors are not sound proof and we had what appeared to be a heavy footed sleepwalker above us.

The moment you walk in, the soothing beachy colors and decor immediately make you feel like you are vacation at the beach. The furnishings and design are higher end and the attention to detail is way above what we have come to expect in a vacation rental. The bedding and beds are so comfortable, towels plush, and even the paper towels and toilet paper are high quality, which is not typical. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you need including high quality dishware and utensils. There is a closet outside the main bedroom that has beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, wagon, beach toys and more. The A/C worked great, as did the dishwasher, washer and dryer, which were a plus to have. Communication with Jennifer was amazing, from start to end and we appreciated her being able to accommodate a later checkout since we had a red-eye flight home, which allowed us to enjoy the beach one more time and still be able to shower before leaving. The 10 minute walk down to the beach(es) is beautiful going both directions, with the gorgeous landscaping of the Poipu Kai complex. The option of using several pools was great, and they were very nice and never crowded. We had a great stay and are very much looking forward to the next time we can stay in this beautiful unit!

Absolutely loved our stay in Poipu. The condo was beautiful, clean & spacious. The common area was more than enough for us to gather comfortably as a group. It was convenient being on the bottom floor and not having to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. The condo came equipped with amenities that made our stay more enjoyable; the washer/dryer, dishwasher, access to the pool, beach chairs, and beach wagon as well. The condo was very comfortable for the 4 of us and was great that each couple had their own bathroom. I’d definitely choose to stay here again for our next Kaua’i visit.

My wife and I stayed at this condo for 10 days and became a real nightmare!
Five days into staying someone came in to the condo when we were out . Since the front door had a combination lock, I contacted the owner of the condo to ask if she knew what this was about or if she knew anything about it and leaving a voice message but she never got back to me.
We were concerned if the condo at that point was safe to be in or if we’d be vandalized in the middle of the night . We checked to see if we could get into a hotel room, but there was nothing available so we had to stay for another five nights in that situation, which was really very uncomfortable and feeling very unsafe not knowing really, what had happened.
It wasn’t until we got back from our 10 day trip and contacted VRBO and filed a complaint with them that the owner of the condo never returned the call as she indicated she would in the opening letter.
Vrbo was able to stir the owner enough to contact us at that point she said that she had the cleaning service come in and drop off some cookie sheets. Why this had to be done while we were staying there and why there was no note prior or after the incident indicating that it was just staff coming in is totally beyond me. After numerous exchange of messages, the owner of the condo had only excuses and offered no compensation for our horrible visit.
There were other things that were problematic like only having two rolls of toilet paper for 10 days today not having any stock items such as little as pepper or sugar, or however, even some teabags or coffee as there is nothing. During our 10-day stay, there were multiple paper notes stuck on the door indicating there are stairway repairs (right next to the Condo which caused loud grinding noises), water shutoff for repair, ongoing construction works all around the building with electrical saw and hammering noises). You could also hear upstairs neighbors' noises throughout the night. ASSIGNED PARKING SLOT IS VERY SMALL, BEWARE. In my opinion this owner was very cheap and irresponsible to her guests. And it’s not like this place is a cheap place. We spent about $5,000 renting this place for10 days. I would strongly recommend new renters take heed of this warning.

Good location but on a busy corner, good thing the bedroom was located away from the street. Nice walk to beach and close to swimming pool. Great linens, towels and toiletries in shower. Comfy bed and furniture. Clean but musty smelling. Parking stall very narrow. Good kitchen utensils but NO food not even coffee or tea. Need to stock up on everything before you get there. Jennifer supplied good welcome documentation but needs to update a bit - the passcode on the documents is incorrect and it should be noted that the condo is around the back of the building.

Very clean, well appointed, spacious, and comfortable. Convenient location on south side of Kauai. Central air conditioning was quiet and helped make the stay very comfortable inside the unit and allowed us to keep windows closed to mitigate traffic noise from nearby roads.

We came with our 3 small children and the owners were extremely responsive to our needs- on day one a child accidentally locked the bathroom and they were over there in 5 minutes to fix the problem.
Each day we took the beach wagon, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and toys and walked 10 minutes through the beautiful property to poipu beach to enjoy. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Book your stay now!

The property is very close to the beltway walking path which takes you to several locations such as the beach, restaurants and nearby hotels. We had a small issue that was our fault. We contacted the owner and they were understanding and helped us right away. Thanks again Jennifer!

We loved our stay at this property! It was spotless, well-equipped and spacious. The owner has thought through all the details to make the stay comfortable. Pool and grounds are beautiful and nicely maintained. We highly recommend.

Jennifer has thought of everything to make your stay in Poipu comfortable. The condo is immaculate and well furnished. Check in and check out are a breeze. The beds are comfortable and the linens are luxe. There is a well appointed kitchen that made preparing meals easy. She has the condo stocked with everything you need for a beach day, including a wagon to help carry everything out to your car. There are also supplies for children such as a high chair, booster seat, beach toys, and a pack and play. There are several good restaurants and stores within minutes of the condo, and Shipwreck Beach is within walking distance. The only issue we had is with extremely narrow parking stalls and noisy upstairs neighbors, both the which are out of the owners control. We look forward to visiting this condo again in the future!

Our family of four had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property in Kauai. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. The two king-sized beds were extremely comfortable and we never had a bad night’s sleep. The kitchen was well appointed and suited our cooking needs. We made about one meal per day at the condo as we were out seeing the many sights and doing activities on the island. The location is perfect and close to everything the South shore has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby swimming pool and hot tub nearly every day of our stay. It is private and secluded and many times, we had it to ourselves! Our children enjoyed exploring the grounds and seeing day geckos and anoles skittering about. We felt they were very safe during our time there. The keypad access to the condo makes it a breeze to get in and out.
Parking is extremely tight and sometimes other people park in your spot, but there is another lot perpendicular to the reserved spaces that is open should your spot inconveniently be taken. Fortunately, most guests venture out during the day to see the island and if someone did take our spot, they weren’t there in the morning, or after we’d leave and return. Do park only in your reserved spot, or in one of the unmarked locations perpendicular if your spot is taken as we received a parking violation once. We returned one evening after dark and found our spot taken. Since we couldn’t park in our assigned spot, we chose a different reserved spot, and received a violation notice the next morning. We didn’t know about the other lot at the time and didn’t find out about it until several days later. This was the only annoying issue we encountered during our stay.
Overall, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice and would love to visit again! This was our second stay in Kauai. The previous was 13 years ago, pre-kiddos. We hope we won’t have to wait that long before we return again!

This is a large, well-lit, and nicely decorated condo near the beaches, shopping, and restaurants in Poipu. It's also easy to get from here to nearby towns like Koloa, and only 20 minutes or so from Lihue and the airport. We stayed here with family, and found the place clean and the beds and furniture quite comfortable. You sometimes might hear people walking in the condo above, and you are near an intersection with an occassional loud car going by -- but the bedrooms are in the back, and you do not hear the traffic from there. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

Loved the easy access to varying beaches via the Green Belt. Three lovely pools. Plentiful beach towels, chairs, etc. Easy communication with property owner to answer any questions. Wonderfully comfortable beds and furniture. Great stay.

This was a wonderful and beautiful condo to stay in! Everything was very clean and well taken care of! Jennifer is excellent to communicate with. The condo has everything you need to have a wonderful time in Hawaii, they even supply the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which smell great. The only item to note is that it is a downstairs unit and so you can hear the people in the unit above walking around.
