This condo was perfect for our trip! The place itself was clean and very cute, it was in a great location, and had all the necessities. The host was very friendly and communicative. We loved our stay and would recommend this to any friends/family.

Clean and comfortable condo that's right off of the main road in and out of town. A little tricky to find at first - it's tucked away amidst many similar units on its block. But once you're there, it's easy-access to pretty much everything you want to do on the northern shore of Kauai and the Hanalei Bay area. Our host was very responsive and even left a whiteboard filled with local recommendations for eating and activities! Highly recommend for a cozy, relaxing place to stay while enjoying Kauai!

This studio was just what we needed for our stay in Princeville. It had everything we needed! It was well kept and the manager was very accommodating. We did not make use of the pool but it looked nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. I loved the walking trail along the golf course in the morning. There a few hikes / walks in the area as well and it’s a quick trip down to Hanalei. Would love to stay again.

Selected this property because the price was reasonable compared to others. The studio was very nice and clean. We did not spend much time in the unit because we were out everyday preparing for and attending an 80th birthday party, a 37th birthday party and a high scholl graduation party. My inlaws live in Kilauea which is very close to Princeville and where we spent most of our time preparing for the parties. We will definitely consider staying at this property again if and when we return to Kauai. MAHALO!

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to easily access all the places on the North Shore that we had planned. The property is in a lovely residential area. Although, as advertised, there are no cooking facilities, the microwave, fridge and coffee maker were perfect. The king sized bed was really comfortable. The pool was lovely and the entire property was quiet. Great stay:)

Excellent check in and location. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella which we definitely appreciated.
Was also nice to get some advice on local and nearby food, that came in handy our last night in town.

We were the first guests at this awesome studio, which was lot nicer than the photos show (granite tiled shower and vanity!). Julie was so nice and communicative and there were so many thoughtful amenities like a Brita filter, Clorox wipes, and beach gear, in addition to usual things like a fridge/microwave/dishes. There is a lovely covered patio where we found beach chairs, umbrella, and a boogie board. We made a lot of use of the beach chairs while stopping at random beaches on the north coast. The complex also has a nice pool and hot tub close to the unit. There is a portable AC unit that we used to cool down the place after a day out, but we didn't find it necessary at night because the ceiling fan was sufficient. The location was great and a really nice place for us to use as a base for a week on Kaua'i. Would highly recommend!
