First time in Kihei after 30 times in West Maui. Great beaches were a three minute walk across the street from condo complex. Unit was fully stocked and located at the side end affording more privacy. Would return again.

We planned a quick 4 day trip over Thanksgiving. Condo was great! Had all the cooking supplies we needed. We grilled our dinner. Couch folded out into a bed for the kids. AC worked great and ceiling fans were such a nice touch. The unit had beach chairs and a nice cooler with ice packs. Kids loved the comfy couch. We can’t wait to plan our next trip.

Location is literally perfect - right across the street from the beach, plenty of restaurants/bars within a 15min or less walking distance. My only complaint is that the floors were extremely dirty (leftover sand/dirt from last visitors) - I ended up cleaning the floors myself as I couldn’t handle it.
While it is a bit of an older unit, they have upgraded some appliances and the A/C unit keeps it nice and cool. I don’t know why the other reviews complain about it being “barely beach view” - you can most definitely see the ocean and it’s gorgeous to sit on the lanai and watch the sunset.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was nice and once again - location was perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, affordable, enjoyable stay!

An extended check out would have been helpful with our flight not leaving until 10:45 pm 11 our after our check out. We tried to pay for one more day but were unsuccessful, it was a good stay other than that.

The property was everything we hoped for. Very clean, felt safe, and the location is perfect, right across Charley Young beach. Tons of good restaurants and stores all within walking distance.
Our room had everything supplied for having fun down at the beach, including umbrellas, chairs, coolers, and boogeyboard. It was clean, with a kitchen stocked with everything needed for an extended stay.
The Maui vista pool is small, but still worth using if you have small kids who don’t swim in the ocean.
Would happily rebook here again.

Specifically, the bedsheets are old and pilling; they should be replaced, as should the bed pillows. Note that the keyless entry, while convenient during our stay, would NOT let us into the unit before 4pm, even though the housekeeper had finished cleaning the apartment long before that time. We were tired after a long day’s travel and it would have been nice to get into the unit sooner rather than having to sit in the parking lot waiting for 4pm to arrive. Other than that, we had no qualms with the place and enjoyed our stay.

Property is in a good location with lots of shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches in easy walking distance. Specific unit can just barely be considered “partial ocean view”. You really have to look through the trees and over quite a few houses to see the ocean. Unit could use some updates- but it was clean and quiet!

Our condo at Maui Vista was wonderful, however it does need a little attention. The shower head was horrible and absolutely needs to be replaced. The bathroom sink is leaking somewhere, my husband thinks its from the facuet. The a/c in the bedroom makes a horrible noise when it cycles on, it needs to be serviced for sure. The refrigerator light was not working. The place overall was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. Those minor things fixed and we would love to stay there again!

We had a great stay! We couldn’t hear any of our neighbors unless they were outside near the pool. Everyone seemed to observe quiet hours as well. Short walk to the beach or to some fun shops and food.
Bedding was clean and comfy, lots of dishes and cookware.
Our family really enjoyed our stay!
