Amazing stay here in Kauai. Able to hit many spots all around the island. Kauai Kailani was a great homebase. Great facility on the beach. Very clean and the room was very nice for our family. Beautiful sunrises... Would definitely stay here again. Have already recommended to other friends and family.

I walked every morning on the beach, which is right out the door, sat an watched the sun rise every day of our 7 day trip. Perfect location if you want to drive to the South side, or go up to the North side. Try Tiki Tacos nearby, and the Crave Donuts. Make sure you check in at ISO. Just put that in maps, go there, check in and and you'll save time. Property was clean and everything worked. I would stay again.

Kauai Kailani is a small, quiet, family friendly, and centrally located condo in Kapaa. The major pro of this particular unit is the view. There is a great ocean view from the living room and the deck.
The unit is nicely stocked with kitchen items, spices, etc as well as pool toys, games and books.
However I would not recommend this unit until the owner switches management companies. Long story short, I literally had no idea how to check into the unit. I did not receive any sort of confirmation about my check in whatsoever. (!)
I used the app to message the owner very early on my check in day to see if I could check in 2 hours early if the unit was available. When I landed in Kauai and still had not heard (10 hours later) I called the number on the app for this unit. It took me to the management main office, which was closed on the weekends. I recalled that I had read some negative reviews about them online. I pulled up those reviews and was able to find the location down the road, to check in for this unit.
What would I have done if I hadn’t already read reviews about Kauai Kailani online?!
I shared my disappointment both with the check in desk and with the management company when they finally contacted me 17 hours after I sent the request to check in early. They indicated they would share the information with the general manager.
After checking into the unit and reviewing the guest book I see that others have had this same issue with this unit and management company going back to 2015! When I book a condo it is to get a personal touch for my stay. I want to be able to communicate with the owner to ask questions about the unit and area. The personal touch is definitely NOT available with this unit.
