This is the most well stocked and what I call appointed condo I have rented in the last 10 years. Great king size bed, lots of towels for beach and bath, a great assortment of small appliances in the kitchen. Beach gear was wonderful and good quality. Nice appliances. We would absolutely rent again.

Very open, bright, and spacious. Lots of window around corner unit. Large lanai. Well stocked kitchen and lots of beach accessories. Easy access from assigned parking. The only thing missing for us was a view. Lots of foliage around lanai was pretty and gave privacy, but I prefer a view. Great area for walking! Walked for coffee every morning.

The condo was spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. The complex was in a great location with an easy walk to shopping. Vacasa included nice touches with some Hawaiian treats and plenty of supplies for laundry and clean up.

Nice size ground floor condo for a couple at Waikoloa Beach. Property grounds gated and very nice. Close to the beach and shopping. Unit itself very clean and with windows in the main living area allowed for a lot of light during the day. Full kitchen. Washer and dryer available. Walk in shower. Many beach items available for use in addition to the pool, gym and tennis court. We did have one issue where the first morning we found the air conditioning unit was was leaking (plugged drain hose). Luckily, water was on the Lanai and not inside. We texted Vacasa and the onsite property manager was there to look at within an hour. He was very cordial and was able to get an HVAC repair company to fix within a few hours. We had no other issues the rest of our weeks stay.

We loved the openness of this condo unit, with large windows in the living/dining area, opening to a the spacious we rap-around lanai. And the decor very tasteful.

Very nice place for two in Waikoloa. Beautiful property and very quiet. Nice unit for two with good size rooms all around. Great list of hidden amenities washer/dryer, soap, coffee, condiments, streaming, arrival gifts, beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, snorkel, boogie, grills, and more. Vacasa service was awesome and conveniently all automated, but available by person if needed. Only drawback was that nearby restaurant availability was very scarce during the busy holiday period, so really had to search for food as we didn't really want to cook much.

Beautiful area and a very nicely appointed 1st floor unit with 1 large bedroom and a large bath and shower and one half bath. Good size kitchen, family area and dining table and Lanai. Very nicely equipped with washer and dryer and beach equipment. Codes sent for entry gate were incorrect and no indication which building the unit was in since it is a large complex. This one is in Sandalwood. We enjoyed our stay very much. This island is a great one to visit.

Condo is clean, bright, and has everything you need. There are also many beach and kitchen supplies provided. Pool/jacuzzi in the complex is also amazing and perfectly heated. Will definitely be back!
