We did not spend much time awake in the unit, why would you when sun sand and surf are a 5 minute walk away? The place was very clean and as described and the beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch. The parking is convenient and the hotel staff were all pleasant and helpful. Also if you want surfing lessons the guy at Duke's Lagoon in the hotel is great and he has a photographer accompany you in the water.

The property is good but needs upgrades in the kitchen. The sofa needs to be replaced or shampoed. The linen is very good quality and soft. The location is fantastic, the property manager is very nice and readily available as needed. The garage is a plus!!! The condo building is well maintained. Cleaness was a concern because, when i looked under the beds, there was so much dust and trash from previous guests. The bathroom was sparkling clean though.
Overall our stay was amazing and I would stay there again.

ワイキキにもアラモアナにも歩いて出られる距離なので、ロケーションが良いと思います。ヒルトンのラグーンも近いので便利です。お部屋は、電源(コンセント)が少なめだったのが残念でした。ヒルトンの花火は、シナモンズまで降りて行って観賞しました。花火観賞にも便利なロケーションだと思います!

We loved the property! It was perfect for a family of 4 with kids. Location was perfect and all the beach accessories were a bonus! The manager was great with communicating. Great location with onsite parking which was a huge plus! The rental manager was easy to access. There were a few wobbly chairs and the property was made aware and offered to help fix, however it wasn’t fixed during our 6 day stay. This was fine since there were only 2 of us and we were hardly in the room. Poor ventilation in the bathroom leading to weird smells was the main downside.

This was an amazing experience for my family and me. The unit had everything we needed from everyday supplies to beach gear. Highly recommend that you stay if you are a family of four. We had a great time, many restaurant choices were a walking distance. We will book again if we come back to Waikiki.

Would have liked a quieter air conditioner but it did work. Every time I called the phone number provided they answered, or got back to me promptly. Close to so many shops and to the beach. Place was very clean.

Room is for four people. Only two balcony chairs, only one beach chair. There were a few concerns with dishes etc. but the management property got us replacements within 48 hours. Unfortunate that we even had to ask, but response was fine. Rug needs a deep clean.

This property was ok. It wasn’t bad. It wasn’t great. It was clean and centrally located to everything. For the price I would’ve expected a linen change at least once during our 9 day stay and a few more details from the management company. It was kind of a hassle to get the parking pass and door code on arrival. It would’ve been nice to know that the laundry machines only take cards and charge $8 a load. Smh. It also would’ve been great to have a matching set of 4 bowls and plates. The pool was nice and heated but not particularly kid friendly (no balls, jumping or loud splashing...) It was liveable and not the worst experience... I guess I just expected a little more.

The studio was decent and clean. Basic things were there for the stay. Though garage parking is a plus, during check-in and check-out, you have to run up and down to pick up/drop off the parking pass. If you want to do laundry, you need to download an app to use the machine. Also, you are asked to download an app to check in or call the manager [I have to say that the property manager was very responsive when I called a few times during the stay] to get the code for the door. I’m not a big fan of downloading an app on my phone for a few days.

Traveled with my son from the Big Island for a few days to Oahu. This rental was perfect for the two of us. It's located in an iconic and very busy high-rise hotel that sits along a small boat harbor at the western edge of Waikiki. There's a good-sized window AC that works well. The bathroom is clean and updated and the entire place is thoughtfully organized. I was a little disappointed with the lack of kitchen dishes, cups, coffee, spices, etc. It's minimally stocked in that regard. Fortunately, there's a great convenience store in the lobby and a coffee shop around the corner. Did I mention Dave's ice cream in the lobby as well? My son loved that! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the parking spot was a huge plus. Property manager’s response times to questions were very prompt.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! Great location, loved that we had an assigned parking spot in the garage! Very comfy beds, even the pull out sofa was great! This unit is right next to the laundry room which was convenient. We ate at the restaurant Cinnamon's for breakfast and we enjoyed multiple nights at the Icecream Shop in the lobby! The pool was good. Location to the beach is great. My only negative comment is the air conditioning. There is only a window air unit in the living room. It is not "central air" and there was no air flow into the bedroom. The bedroom was noticeably warmer. My other suggestion would be for more furniture on the patio. The condo is so small that you really need to utilize that space better. We ate all meals outside because the table inside was only big enough for 1-2 people. However there was also only room for 2 people outdoors. Regardless, we loved the patio and spent more time out there then inside. We would stay again.

Loud at nighttime / from the street3. Building a bit older strong smell noted when we arrived in the apartment.
